Ordered on doordash, my drink was a frozen fanta cherry and it came half melted. Not only that, my order was supposed to come with large fries and it came with a small?? Burger and cookies were good but drink and fries were genuinely disappointing!

A pretty 4 star experience. I often eat here as it’s my local McDonald’s. I 2 times now have had a hair I’m my food but I shrugg it off because it is FAST FOOD. Then sometimes I come at night and grab cookies made fresh because idk who wants to pay 3 bucks for a hard cookie.. then get attitude because they gotta actually heat up or make new cookies. The app showed the new Ninja Turtles and Hello Kitty toys were available, but this store gave me an old toy from the previous promotion instead. They never updated the app, which is very misleading.

This place just drive past and go to a different McDonald’s. They always get the order wrong food may be cold or missing something as well as they’re always on their own phone and got a attitude. I think they suck all the way around I’ve rather drive the distance to go to a different McDonald’s

To Whom It May Concern,
I hope this message reaches the owner or upper management of this McDonald’s location, as what happened today was both alarming and concerning.
Approximately 10–15 minutes before arriving, we called the store. The woman who answered was very kind and provided helpful information, including the toy promotion currently running.
However, when we arrived, the employee who assisted us—who appeared to be the manager or shift lead—gave us a toy from “Elio” instead of the McDonald’s toy we had asked about. When we questioned this, she insisted that the McDonald’s toys had already been returned, even though the promotion clearly states that the toys are available through August 12.
Her tone felt manipulative, and it seemed like she was trying to justify giving out different toys instead of being transparent. We didn’t want to hold up the line, so we parked and walked inside to follow up. Only then did she actually go check for the correct toys.
The entire situation felt suspicious and misleading. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend that this behavior be reviewed. If a manager is willing to mislead customers over something as simple as a toy, it raises concerns about other potential issues happening behind the scenes.
Please look into this matter further. Thank you for your time and attention.

The lady working the 2nd drive thru window was rude and wouldn’t give me my monopoly game pieces when I clearly ordered a large big Mac meal. Definitely will pass this location up next time.

Unfortunately I had to come back to pick up stuff that was not put in my bag to begin with I would have given a better rating but this had really suck that I had to come back especially when I was already almost home halfway across town.

We’ve been trying all the McD around the area for their breakfast; the sausage egg McMuffin meal with black coffee. This location is the best by far! Cuz most of them either with okay sandwich but the hash brown with stale oil taste or the muffin too dry with a green ring yolk egg or the coffee taste smoky and already turn sour…etc.
I’m glad we finally found one with warm fluffy Muffin, freshly made hush brown without tasting the million yrs oil and freshly brewed coffee! The only thing about this location tho was you’d save more time by not doing curbside pick up if you are ordering it from the App. I was waiting at number 5 for over 15 mins, end up had to go in myself and found out my food has been sitting there all these time. Reason why I only gave 4 stars cuz of that! But their service was great the next time I used drive through pick up instead 🙂
