Yup! Mickey D’s! Brought back the snack wrap! Get the spicy, it’s gooood! Prices made it harder to enjoy like we used to, but if you have the app, they offer good deals!

I ordered lunch through the app with a drive through code. Once I arrived they had me pull forward and it took 25 minutes for my food to come out. It was a busy lunch rush hence why I ordered through the app ahead of time. I had to walk in and ask about my order of which they didn’t even have it started yet. Receipt received at first window at 12:23, received food at 12:47. Very unhappy and won’t expect to go back to this location.

I ordered a quarter pounder meal, an extra quarter pounder and a 20 piece chicken nuggets. It was an order I was taking to share at home 15 miles away. I opened my bag to find out there was a missing quarter pounder sandwich. Tried to call, but their number goes to a fax machine!

Haven’t been to McDonald’s in years. Stopped by for an egg McMuffin and I can’t believe how bad they are now. Quick search shows they moved away from the rings they use to use and automated the egg process.
Instead of a fluffy round egg, you get a thin rubbery thing. I’ll never understand why large companies make changes to iconic items that make the product worse.
You lose customers to save a few bucks. On top of that two of them were just shy of $10, which is a total rip off for the quality.
Service was good, but nothing they can do about corporate changes that make the food worse. Now I know and I’ll never be back.

Ordered meal through drive through. Specifically asked about what pies were in the warmer. Was told that there was apple and pumpkin. Ordered two apple. Paid for my meal and when I got up to the window to get my food, I was asked to pull into the reserved space. Drive through window employee told me that pies were being baked!!! I had to wait long enough to eat my meal. When I went inside to check on my pies, I waited at the cashier counter for at least two minutes without anyone coming up to see what I needed. Finally, I caught some poor worker coming out to deliver my pies. Told her what happened and all I got was “My apologies “. Please don’t tell me that there is something in the warmer and then have me pull over and wait 10 minutes plus to get something that was supposed to be ready. Will be some time before I go back.

Waited 20 minutes after being greeted at the ordering speaker in drive. Seeing three customers get their order taken that showed up after me and a truck stuck behind me It’s not very busy right then. Ended up pulling forward giving benefit of the doubt to the workers maybe their machine was faulty. Came to find out they’re just blatantly ignoring their second drive thru completely. Then we had to wait an additional 30 minutes for our food, which was only partially correct. Two happy meals, two burgers. I work in fast food, I get that it can be overwhelming but very sad to see how down hill this store has gone over the years.

Twice I used the mobile app, twice the order was wrong, twice I complained using ph # on receipt, twice there was no reply.
Ordered 2 sausage burritos but a cold plain bun with sausage patty was what came. Next order was same sausage burritos this time, no sausage. I even asked the window clerk to check the order and it was still wrong

These guys are working really hard. They are obviously highly understaffed. It’s the companies fault not the people that work there. Take it out on the corporation not the people working hard to serve you. Yes it took quite a while to get my food but it was hot and exactly what I asked for. ..
