Honestly, I walked in expecting the usual Applebee’s garbage—microwave slop and sad vibes. But damn, Pantops Applebee’s pulled through. The ribs were actually cooked right, juicy, and legit tasty. Didn’t think I’d be saying that about an Applebee’s.
This place is perfect when you’ve got a pack of hungry buddies and don’t want to drop $$$. Big portions, cheap prices, everyone leaves full. That’s a win.
Service? Surprisingly good. Our server was attentive, even if she looked like she’d rather be anywhere else—but hey, I don’t blame her. Applebee’s corporate probably doesn’t pay her enough to deal with the circus that usually walks through those doors.
All in all: Applebee’s Pantops is the rare chain spot that actually delivers. I’d come back without hesitation.

ordered online said pickup 611pm got there 620 called to let them knw i was there in curbside had to call 2 more times finally got food 643pm got home quesidillas were hard mozzela sticks all covered jn sauce and cheeseburger that was supposed to be well done was not was rare son refused to eat it as would i now i have to take time to go talk to dm about the order uggghhhhh

Ordered the om cheeseburger, omg is more like it. The bread was like a cruton, but I never got to taste because of the hair in my fries on my first bite. Dinner over!!! I drove 20 min to get here, had a lot of anticipation over this sandwich I see advertised all the time, all I did was waste my time. The restaurant itself, the ceiling tile ceiling is caving in, and very dirty. The bathroom smelled like pee and the smell was wafting out in to the dining room. Needless to say I never return, but the way this place looks they’ll be gone soon!!! Good bye

We had a very nice waitress she was prompt and pleasant. The food how left a lot to be desired. Everything was swimming in oil and grease. It actually made it hard to hold on to. And really took away from the taste.

Let me start by saying, the server himself, did a fine job. The food, started off pretty good, beer cheese and pretzels. The steaks were both ordered medium, one was rare the other closer to well-done,neither had any seasoning. The Mac and cheese tasted as though someone forgot to drain the water.
The MOD was notified and did nothing more than look at our table and take $5 off the bill, no apology or addressing of the issue. The mac and cheese was almost $4 each.
Mens bathroom could also use some attention.

Mixed feelings. My steak was pretty much a charred block (I asked for medium). The waitress was as sweet as could be and very helpful. The employees hanging around the bar chatting loudly were slightly off putting. The price was kinda outrageous for a steak, two sides and a drink, but that seems to be the norm. Overall, I will actually probably return. They are open when I get off work, that’s a plus and it wasn’t awful, just not spectacular.

The first time ever, the temperature here is wonderful and not frigid!
The restaurant is much cleaner and we were greeted by a super enthusiastic server. Great improvement!
The bartender was working a double and there was lots of chatter about the ones who called off for New Years Eve. This crew was ready for a party and were the only ones open in our area.

Great bartender / server. Sat at the bar. Loudmouth on his phone could have taken his lonnnnngggg conversation outside not at the bar. I was hungry and thirsty. Delicious food and drinks. Grilled chix, onions….delicious outstanding mashed potatoes from scratch. Definitely be back if loudmouth phone guy is not there. Lol

Waited almost 10 minutes for our server to come and greet us. Then had to wait about 5 minutes to get our drinks. Didn’t get asked for refills or boxes or anything. Then we had to go to the bar just to pay the bill because we waited 15 minutes and she never came back to get the card.

I ate at Applebee’s last Monday! I had eaten a Caesars salad and French Onion Soup there several times and they both were excellent! This TIME I decided to eat the same things again! When the server brought them out, the Soup looked and tasted like it had been diluted down with water. Absolutely NO taste! The salad had either thousand island dressing or a different dressing, NOT the Caesars Salad! Very DISAPPOINTING!
