Well to start things off the person who sat my girlfriend and I at out table said very little and quite literally threw our menus at the table and left without another word. Our server was then highly confused and barley seemed to know where to take things. He would quite literally snatched empty drinks off the off the table. I saw multiple cooks wearing earbuds (a health code violation). I saw a waitress spraying cleaning products right next to food.

Food was delicious! We ordered two specialty pizzas, two beers, garlic knots, and a spaghetti. Great portions.
The interior itself was a bit dingy- nothing crazy just seemed a bit dusty. When I walked in I was a little worried about the quality of the food as first impressions go. The waitress took a little while to greet us and then return with our drinks and take our order. Overall great food – would get take out over dine in.

The pizza was amazing. We got two large 16″ pizzas and they were VERY good. We also got a salad to share. It was a good size and had lots of ingredients. The menu stated that it shared for 3-4 people and I would agree. The environment was only four stars I felt because the employees were constantly moving tables around and it was very noisy. I know it needs to happen but it was very loud and disruptive.

I’d like to share some feedback about the service on Tuesday evening 01/14/2026. I understand the restaurant was understaffed and it was clear that only one server was working, but unfortunately she was quite rude, which really affects the overall experience and the business. As a business owner myself, I know how challenging this can be, so I’m leaving this feedback with respect. I’m still giving a good rating because I’m a regular guest, the pizza is always delicious, and I believe good management makes a big difference.

Ordered takeout at 5:40pm and it wasn’t ready until 7pm. Not only was food cold because the staff wasn’t paying attention and didn’t call
Us when food was done but we received the wrong pizza. On top of that, the ricotta with the meatballs was spoiled and sour. This place has gone down hill and will probably close within the next year. Don’t waste your time!

excellent, attentive service – large portions of fresh ingredient pizza topped off with a little extra garlic, just the way i like it !!! the hot peppers on our pizza were hot! the garlic knots were spot on – lots of garlic breath later on…!

Edit: the manager kindly offered to compensate me for my order by remaking it and THAT was the pizza I remember. It was so delicious; with a crunchy crust, stringy gooey cheese, and flavorful pepperoni. Plus, I love the flavor that the wood oven gives the pizza crust and you can even see the different in the photos…the new crust is more firm and crisp, and is also a different color. As well, the ingredients are layered differently and everything looks fresh
I’m really bummed. I eat ACFP in McMurray all the time, to the point where I crave their pizza specifically! Being wheat-free, it’s one of the best options for a gluten friendly crust. Figuring I was going to be near the Robinson location, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to grab my favorite pizza. But I wish I had, unfortunately. Their crust is COMPLETELY different from the McMurray location. It was thin, floppy, and plain…a MAJOR disappointment. Especially for the cost at over $50 for two pizzas. I purchased another pizza with my order (just a regular pizza), which also had a different crust from the McMurray location as well. Very odd.
The only thing I can think of is that the restaurant seemed to be having some sort of maintenance issue as they were closed for dine-in, and maybe that’s where the difference came from. But I’m majorly disappointed and had I known it would affect the quality of order, I wouldn’t have gone.
Edit: ACFP reached out to me within days of posting the above review and are offering to remake my order. The air conditioning unit was broken during my visit, causing the pizza doughs to rise and bake/cook differently than they’re used to. I will update my post once I’ve received the new pizza and compare.

Cannot make it on time for an order placed 6 days ago! I called and the girl was rude and unhelpful. I just spent $700 for catering and to be treated like this? Ill never order here again.
