We had a great experience at this American restaurant! They were very accommodating to our walk-in family of three, even with an infant. Our server, Katie, was excellent—attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond by checking with the chef to ensure our food was safe for an egg allergy, which we truly appreciated.
The drinks were cold and delicious, and the food was fantastic. We had the grouper sandwich and the rotisserie chicken meals, along with the bread and dip—everything was flavorful and well prepared. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this spot!

I’m a huge fan of the Collins restaurants, and Collins Brothers Public House definitely lives up to the reputation. It has that perfect neighborhood pub feel but with a much more elevated and delicious menu.
The Food: We ordered a few staples and they were all fantastic:
Charred Brussels: These are a must-order. They have the perfect amount of crisp and that smoky, charred flavor that I look for. Truly addictive!
Buffalo Wings: These were exactly what you want in a wing, crispy, saucy, and full of flavor. They didn’t disappoint.
Chopped Wedge: This was such a refreshing and well-executed salad. The ingredients were fresh, and it had the perfect balance of toppings. It’s a great choice if you want something a little lighter but still super satisfying.
The atmosphere is great for a casual dinner or just grabbing drinks with friends. The service was prompt and friendly, which always makes a difference.

The service was top notch, and the restaurant ambience is beautiful, perfect whether you’re dressed up for a nice date or keeping it casual with friends and family. We visited on a Sunday for brunch and loved that they had mimosa specials.

Easy 5 star on everything! We tried to go to Butters at 11AM on a Saturday but didn’t want to wait a hour and a half to be seated so we decided to give this restaurant a try and am glad we did! The chicken fried steak was the best I’ve ever had! The eggs were perfectly cook and spiced. The biscuit was amazing and I am not a biscuit person at all. My husband and uncle ordered bloody Marys and my husband said it was the best he ever had. The prices were good too. The service was super- kind and easy

We were in town visiting family and they suggested this place. It was a wonderful meal! We had the Guacamole and the Pimento dips which were fresh and tasty.
We ordered prime rib, and as a prime rib “connoisseur”, this was some of the best ever. The meat was tender and juicy and full of flavor. The mashed potatoes and the onion rings were fantastic.

What’s there not to love. Food was amazing. Top three prime ribs I’ve ever had in my life. If not the best. The drinks were crafted beautifully. And Hannah our server was an absolute delight. Cannot wait to be back in Scottsdale to have it again. Oh and the butter cake dessert was the perfecting finisher

First time here and it was a phenomenal experience. Great food, I had the Rotisserie Cobb Salad and it is my new favorite! The service was A+, Brandon was so helpful with the menu and timing was perfect. I will be back again for the Steak next time!! Atmosphere is classy yet chill and they have a Happy Hour which I missed but will be back to try.

Tried this spot for lunch in the Mercado complex and it was such a good find! The sandwiches were amazing — I had the crispy spicy chicken and also tried the fish sandwich, and both were packed with flavor and perfectly cooked.
For sides, I went with the roasted cauliflower and coleslaw — both were super tasty and felt fresh and homemade. The cauliflower had a nice kick and the slaw was creamy but not too heavy.
Definitely a great lunch spot if you’re in the area. Will be coming back to try more!

Great food in a relaxing atmosphere. We stumbled into visiting during restaurant week so we tried that lunch menu. The grilled artichoke was interesting to eat but was good. The beets were a refreshingly light app. The crab cake and greens and the unami bowl were both delicious.
