I had a few minutes to kill before a meeting and so decided to stop in for a coffee before the meeting commenced. Most McDonald franchises run a tight ship. Not this one I’m afraid. First, I saw the flies! Look, I know the doors open and close continuously at these fast food places, but I also know they make nontoxic fly spray to combat the pesky critters. Someone should clue them in here.
Next, I ordered a coffee. I didn’t get a complicated meal order. I waited a full ten minutes before someone realized I had not gotten my caffeine. That, my friends, ranks unacceptable. The floor needed attention too! It was just a bad experience. Maybe I should have hit two stars. The redeeming factor? I love the lighting! Shape up Greenup!

McDonald’s is forever a classic. The OG’s of fast food really can’t be beat. The food is always good, the price is always right, and the frappe’s are addictive to the point if I don’t have one daily I’ll likely die. Of course there’s no proof supporting that theory but why tempt fate? Also, the app makes it even better so if you don’t have it yet, GET IT! Who doesn’t love free stuff!?

Employees should not run a vacuum cleaner in front of the counter when food is being served. Afterward, running the vacuum right next to our dining table. I understand cleanliness, but not during the lunch rush hour.

Pulled in the drive thru at 10:58pm, says they close at 12am.. they already had all of the lights in the parking lot off, but the drive thru was still on, as soon as I got to order they turned off the lights and never asked for my order. So I pulled up to the window the boy at the window locked it and walked away without saying anything… I wonder if their owner knows they’re closing before closing time.

Not sure what the big deal is about having two orders for the same vehicle, but we’re ems (in an ambulance) and it makes it easier to go through a drive thru rather than parking and walking in. McDonald’s is the only place that refuses to do two order unless one is on the app. Make it make sense. Food was crap, service was crap, drive-thru was crap. Will not be back.

Best McDonald’s around. The staff is fantastic. If you have the time go in for a nice breakfast. You’ll experience a blast from the past while you slow so coffee and hear the chatter of the old timers.

Tried to go thru drive thru at the Greenbo location. Just one big cluster…..
I ended up leaving. This is more and more of an issue at various McDonalds…..the chain who once dominated in drive thru performance is not so fast any longer.
