I stopped by during a road trip waiting for Wendy’s the WHOLE TIME. I understand places get busy mind you they really weren’t busy. We waited 30 minutes for 3 biggie bags which had cold fries 2 sandwiches made wrong and a wrong drink. My husband is diabetic and cant have ketchup and they gave him a not diet drink and ketchup on his sandwich……. He had an allergic reaction to the KETCHUP they were asked not to put on the burger and we had to rush to ER. The chicken nuggets where the only thing fresh and right.

We went to Wendy’s on 4th St today to help support our high school fundraiser. We placed a large order but made the mistake of not checking our order before pulling out of the drive thru. We were shorted a JBC and the cheese fries we ordered had bacon, which we did not want or ask for. I tried calling the store but no one answered and I received the message that their voicemail was full. Next time I’ll just donate the money directly to the school. Avoid this Wendy’s location!

After visiting 2 other fast food drive-thrus and not being able to order or get food, I got quick service and excellent food. I had the Baconator, fries and large chocolate frosty.

I went through the drive through for a Carmel cold foam coffee not only did it taste horrible I began puking. Violatenly because of it never again, make sure your stuff isn’t expired!

ordered a pick up order through DoorDash, when my friend goes to get my order, the employees tell her that they already gave out my food to DoorDash. but it’s not a delivery so how could someone pick up MY order? with me on the phone, they tell my friend that we’ll have to PAY AGAIN to receive the order they gave away without verification.

When I went here some time last week or so. The burgers, chicken nuggets, and fries i got was cold. The nuggets was dried out and hard, clearly old. Do better! We was the only ones inside, and there is no excuse for this.

The night employee employees are so rude i asked for my food and which kind I wanted twice and the guy just kept telling me have a nice day i didn’t wanna argue so I left the night crew just has very bad attitudes and doesn’t do their job I also work in customer service and don’t talk to people in such a rude matter

This isn’t the first time they got our order COMPLETELY wrong…
Last time i ordered a crispy chicken sandwhich. They gave me a grilled sandwhich. It felt slimy.
I went back in line, patiently making sure everyone that i was very last so everyone had a chance to get food. When i told them they got my order wrong they asked for my sandwhich back… what are they going to do with it?? Are you assuming I’m lying?? I had already put it in the trash can i keep in the car. I told them I had bitten it, and she still insisted to have it…
As an “apology” they gave me a TINY-TINY 2oz cup(?) of frosty. If it’s going to be that small, you might as well not give it to me. It’s not very sincere…
This time, we ordered the Dave burger (with 3 patties), and i had ordered the Southwestern Avacodo Homestyle burger.
They gave us: 3 cheese burger, and a waaaay overcooked chicken burger with no avacodos…
They gave us a potato…? But i don’t know why… it didn’t have cheese, bacon, etc. Just cut down the middle in a quick sloppy way. Did they give us someone else’s food that they forgot?? Or was it a lame “apology potato”… a potato, really??
The girls at the window are patient and apologetic. But whoever is putting the burgers together is NOT paying attention!
We are not coming back.
