Food was fantastic both times I went. They are able to make almost anything gluten free. Just ask your waiter, they helped me figure out what to order. I ordered the pad Thai and the Pad Kee Mao, both were fantastic. The portions are huge. Easily two meals out of the plates. The fresh rolls were also delicious, and the rice paper wasn’t dry at all. Service was great, the ambiance was cozy and warm. Real napkins for dining in. Definitely my new go-to Thai location!

Super nice service! The ladies were always smiling. Space looked and felt clean. They were not too busy so food came out timely. I think the only thing funny was we asked for a small cup of rice for my daughter and they said they were already out. It was only 6pm. So we settled for brown rice.

My family stopped by here on a Saturday evening for dinner. We were courteously greeted and shown promptly to our table. The menu was quite extensive and I particularly liked that the soup options were more than I usually see at a Thai restaurant. Each of the items we ordered was really delicious, to the extent I tipped more than my usual 25%. If on my second visit the quality is the same, I’d up the stars to 5.

We ordered from the lunch combo along with sizzling seafood, chicken medley veggie and highly recommend their fresh shrimp spring rolls and Zab Sampler. Everything is cooked fresh and very flavorful. My only complaint is sometimes the entrees can be a little too heavy handed on the salt. This is my go to for Thai. Great service and ambience.

We ordered Lad salad but the cabbage cut small pieces (can’t wrap them), and no flavor. Pad Se Mao to watering and shagy. The yellow curry wasn’t much meat, a lot of bamboo shoots, and too much water just like soup ( just like home made curry and water), not much coconut milk. the portions were small for the prices.

Happy Holidays!!! Let me tell u that my hubby took me to a new Thai restaurant on evergreen n 112. The red curry was OK but the green curry was too weak, too watery. Out of all thai restaurants, I love this pad thai. Its chewy, there’s a balance of sweet, savory and sourness. But Thai Valley has the best Red Cuery.

We don’t live in Everett any more and we definitely miss this Thai place. I highly recommend their Tom Kah soup, it’s delicious! Everything else we have gotten here is also really good!

Easily the best Thai food in Everett, possibly anywhere (but this is said without having been to Thailand )! We had the Thai tea, spring rolls, chicken pad see ewe, and red curry beef. No criticisms whatsoever. Service was perfect, clean and inviting environment, reasonable prices, and amazing food. We ordered a “3” on scale of 1-5, and it was very spicy. I may go with a “2” next time, but if you enjoy spicy, they definitely deliver! This will be the only Thai restaurant we visit in the future! Enjoy!

Caught dinner with a friend at Zab Thai Restaurant in Everett on the corner of 112th and Evergreen Way. While my friend had dined here in the past, I was a Zab noobie, as I’ve never had the pleasure of dining there before.
I love their logo, the colors and font design are very eye catchy. The inside of their restaurant had an equally appealing ambiance throughout.
Their menu contains a good variety of options and while none are specifically labeled as vegan, many options are inherently vegan anyhow. If you’re unsure, don’t hesitate to ask your server. Ours was very knowledgeable and when I tried to order a curry dish, advised that the curries all contain fish sauce.
I ultimately opted for Swimming Rama, tofu sauteed on a bed of cooked spinach with peanut sauce. The peanut sauce was super rich and incredibly delicious, I savored every bite! My friend ordered the Pad See Ewe and it must have been really good because it seemed to distract her from having to put up with the likes of me .. haha!
