Honestly one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had in a long time.
The food quality was brutal. Everything tasted low-grade and cheap, and the presentation matched. The kids’ burgers were clearly microwave-speed, half-defrosted Wonder buns with patties that tasted just as sad. All three kids refused to eat them — and the fries portions were laughably small, smaller than a Happy Meal.
Service didn’t help at all. A drink ordered when we first sat down was forgotten and had to be reminded later. The waitress checked in once when the food was dropped off, then disappeared for over 20 minutes with no follow-up. No refills, no check-ins, nothing.
I had the pecan salad — it was “meh,” which I guess is the best you can hope for from a BP salad, but still not worth the price.

After a long day at work, my girlfriend and I were looking to unwind with some good food and conversation. Boston Pizza was the perfect spot!
Our server, Cassidy, was absolutely fantastic! She checked in on us just the right amount—enough to make sure we had everything we needed, but not so much that it became awkward. lol. She was super friendly, polite, and genuinely seemed to care about making our experience great.
The food was delicious, as always. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and Cassidy definitely helped us end a tiring day on a high note. Thanks for the amazing service, Cassidy! We’ll definitely be back!

We went in the afternoon around 2:00. The place was empty. The server was very friendly. Food arrived quickly. Prices are a bit steep but they do have lower lunch prices.
I ordered the braised beef mac and cheese. The portion size was decent. It was an interesting blend of flavors. Mac and cheese with beef, onions and mushrooms. It was good but it felt like it was missing something. It could be better. It didn’t have much beef. It had balsamic soaked red onions which looked like beef. I wonder if that’s a clever trick to make it look like it has more beef because they look the same.
I enjoyed it but I wouldn’t order it again. My husband seemed to like his burger. The tables now have phone chargers at each one. That’s convenient. But ours didn’t work. Each table also has a mini tablet that you can use to look at the menu or ask for the bill. I thought that was handy.

It surprised us how busy this place was on Saturday Evening. We had to wait 30 mins plus waiting for food for almost an hour but it was good for drinks to come out fast and have a coloring book for kids to kill time. We decided to just order the pizza because the girls wanted to eat. It was ok, nothing special. But I didn’t like my deluxe pizza much because the taste was quite sweet from the sauce. Anyway, what a good customer service even though they were really busy but they tried to pay attention and always smile so pretty satisfied with the service so I gave 5 stars to the service

I ordered a meal for take out and when I got home I found out that my order was wrong and fries were cold. I phoned in and informed the hostess of my meal being wrong and he seemed very uninterested and said the manager would give me a call. Three hours went by again and they said he wasnt there. He took down my number but nobody ever even made a attempt to call me back.
I personally dont think Id take out from there ever again.

Always a good time here. The staff and owners are very nice and accommodating. My kids love coming here so we visit often. The food is always on point. And who can forget the best cake you will ever have, the Chocolate Explosion (pro tip, get it with a side of ice cream). The Memphis chicken burger is becoming a favorite of mine as well.

Best BP location! I came in for dinner over the weekend with my kids after a long road trip, and our server, Blerta, made the whole experience amazing. She was so kind, patient, and accommodating with me and my four kiddos. It’s not easy when three toddlers are screaming while I’m trying to order, but she handled it with such grace the entire time. Honestly, she was the reason this meal was so memorable. The food was delicious as well! Me and my kiddos will definitely be back at this location!
