Stopped in to get dounts at Dunkin Dounts at 3:28 pm only to find little to no Dounts. I asked where the dounts where? Where they about to close? The saff said it was first come first serve on dounts. They are only allowed to make 2 batches a day. And then said they close at 8:00 pm so they have no dounts for atleast 5 hours!? They said that’s how it has always been there.staff was nice. The building is in need of repairs. Please do better Dunkin. I guess we can drop the Dounts from the name…

Don’t understand people when you tell them one thing and they give you the total opposite. I’m a business owner myself. People have to train their staff to listen. I don’t like leaving reviews, especially bad ones, but I had to today because I clearly told the young lady what I wanted and she gave me something different and I don’t have time to turn back around.

Food is always good and so is the service, I gave 3 stars just because I’m always there never had any problems until one night I stop by and ask for half gal of lemonade and I’m sure it was a manager that said I couldn’t purchase that because I had to buy chicken, I was there the night before and had a bid order of food , no problem. So now I always ask for lemonade before anything else.
The younger generation, is alot nicer , I will start asking for their names to acknowledge them.

I visit this location often since it is closer to the areas that I shop. I prefer this location over the one closest to my home since the food is typically always great. I have never been inclined to leave a review before today but the customer service provided by Harvey was too great not to mention. From the moment he took my order at the speaker until the moment I had all of my drinks/food, he provided great service. He didn’t just take my order, he was polite and checked to make sure the order was correct. I have worked in management for many years and I can appreciate when employees go above their normal job duties to provide great service. Thank you again, Harvey!

I started coming to this location maybe a month or so ago. I always do drive through. I am NOT sure what the guys name is working the drive through when I am there but he is amazing ! He got me right with my Matcha Latte for sure it taste amazing and I will for sure order this way going forward !!!! Thanks love you are the BEST <3 I am very observant and can tell the morning teams amazing and enjoy working together !!!!

I ordered a sandwich with extra bacon however the atmosphere was so down and not very welcoming. No one had name tags on no one spoke. I saw the guy who was preparing food he did not have a hair net on his head , his hair was wild sticking outside of his hat . however I don’t think I was gonna have hair on my food after trying to enjoy my favorite sandwich when I got to the bottom of biting my food I saw a long blk hair string I know it’s not mines because I have blond hair so I came inside spoke to the manager and she seemed shocked and had asked if I wanted a refund or a remake. I told her that I was hungry, and I wanted a remake as long as there was no hair on my food when I walked away the other young lady was whispering to the manager and laughing. I couldn’t get there names because NO ONE WAS WEARING NAME TAGS…. I’m very disappointed and I will not return to this place again…

This was the second time that I’ve ever ordered any breakfast item from Dunkin’ Donuts. The first time was at another location and not a very good experience food-wise.

Today we were on our way to the Raleigh market and the wife likes the coffee there. The kids like the bacon bags there so they convinced me.

Food-wise it was worse than the first time for me. I ordered 3 wake up wraps. All 3 of the shells were over toasted and crispy and crunchy. I didn’t ask for them to be toasted so I’m not quite sure what happen there.

The wife’s order didn’t fare any better. Her order was cold. Completely cold as though not cook and her coffee was not even close to being topped up to cup size.

The kids had better luck. My son ordered the same wake up wraps as me but with no cheese. He did not have the crispy ‘ Dorito’ crunch that I experience. Well, I should say my wife experience because I took a few bites and passed it to her as her food was inedible.

Needless to say we had to stop somewhere else to eat.

Customer service wise, the person who took our order was nice. My issue was the drive-thru communication. I’m not sure if there was a problem with her headset or the system. Having to repeat myself 4-5 times PER order, should never happen. I was ordering for five people. If there was issues in hearing we should have just been prompted to go to the window to finish the order.
