My visit to Arby’s started off rough – I always get a French dip with natural cheddar instead of Swiss, and they made it with American. My sweet boyfriend went in and tried to fix it.. and we got the cheddar sauce. I went in a third time (feeling like a complete bother) hoping to figure out what happened. I genuinely wondered if they stopped carrying the natural cheddar – the Arby’s on eastchester in HP made the same mistake a while ago, and refused to remake it even once.. “that is cheddar”
The manager at this one was absolutely stellar. She let me verify the cheese before they made the sandwich and was extremely kind throughout the process. She then left me with a coupon as well. Best Arby’s experience so far. Thank you!

The management at the store is top notch, so incredibly helpful, gracious, and professional. The GM, is incredibly knowledgeable of the service industry, and takes such pride in her store! Arby’s continues to be a step above it’s competitors with not only service, but also in food quality!

I used to come to this Arby’s quite often. Due to work schedule is has become few and far between. Today, 3/7/26, I placed an online order, walked inside and notified the cashier. Food was placed on the counter, and yet no news on my food. After a cashier finally came back to the front ten minutes later, I asked about my order. I was told it would be out shortly, then they looked at the food that had sitting, “Oh, here is your cold order”. When I asked why no one said anything, and why do I need to eat cold food? “We got a trainee back there.”. My food was behind the counter in the front, but somehow it is the fault of the backline staff.
This is my warning to avoid this Arby’s location like the plague. I would recommend anywhere else. Just not here ever again.

Came in and ordered inside around 5:45 pm and the woman upfront had the best customer service (On the receipt it says Mikiyah :)). Very sweet not to mention very hilarious…kept me entertained while we waited on my order (Which was fresh!!). She’s making Arby’s look good..honorable mention to the rest of the crew working that night but she’s the real deal. I’ll def be back! God bless you, Mikiyah.
