It’s 11/29/25 around 23:10pm my wife and I ordered 3 egg rolls, chicken nugget meal with a peach lemonade with a large curly fries and Jack spicy chicken with cheese with no tomato meal with medium fries and peach lemonade drink. So, the young lady Liliana M., had made us park on front of the building claiming our food wasn’t ready. We park in space 1. Once our food came we went straight to our home. When we open up our bags to eat the chicken nuggets was soggy and not cooked all the way through. The order of curly fries for the spicy chicken sandwich were regular fries and not the curly fries we ordered. The chicken sandwich was cold, and the eggrolls were soggy as well. So I immediately contacted Liliana M at Jack in the box Requesting her to refund our money back because the food was not to the standard that I know Jack in box values uphold. Liliana M told me that she wasn’t going to refund us our money back because we had already left I with the food. I replied to her I spent $29.60 and your telling me you’re not going to refund my money? So I requested corporate and regional manager . She tells me you can find their info on the receipt. This really irritated me as a loyal customer. To be told I have take a lost on my food and money is totally disrespectful. I’m requesting total refund and an apology from Liliana M for the disrespect? There was no hospitality, no let me figure something out for your troubles.

This location staff and management is completely ridiculous and I have video footage. I came in to get my order they told me they were still working on it. After so long of waiting one of the employees grabs a bag from the side corner and calls out my name. I said ma’am I’ve been standing here this whole time waiting because I was told they was working on my order now your telling me the bag you just grabbed from over there is mine when again I’ve been waiting here the whole time so could you please remake my order because that isn’t right that I get food that been sitting. She agrees then tell management that I wanted my food remade, which is were it gets worse and the problem really starts. The manager says they will make it but started an argument with me at the Same time then proceeds to say well the longer we talk the longer it takes me to make your meal, I said well your not cooking it she said actually I am I said okay conversation over she walks to the back starts talking to Employees in Spanish and then back to talking to me yelling from the back I said I thought you said you were going to cook and conversation was done. She comes back around and start saying more stuff and then says I’m not making your food now and tells the employee to give me a refund and get me out the store. Then as I ask why would you tell me you are going to remake it just to start a argument to make me wait longer to say your aren’t making it now and giving me a refund. At that the food was for myself and my son who also was there to witness the worse part of it all. They were pin that says “team no kid hungry “ which is a complete joke because they decided to not give me my food over pride. And the girl who gave me the refund began to be rude while giving me my money back just following the lead of her manager which is sad. Even the older couple in the store next to me said they are pretty rude in there opinion.

It’s a business. Businesses are supposed to be able to take cash and provide change. If they cannot provide change and want a customer to go somewhere else when the customer is trying to order food, the business needs to close down permanently. Also why don’t they have cheddar cheese, blue cheese, nor ricotta cheese and why is their hamburger meat such low quality.

The food was really hot when they brought it to the car… Smelled really good…9 jumbo jacks, 3 medium curly fries, 1 egg roll, and 15 mini tacos…. Okay my egg roll, was thick taste like dough no sweet and sour sauce, due to me having covid, my taste buds might have been off… So I asked my kid’s to taste it…. It wasn’t just me it just taste like heavy dough.,.I go to my mini tacos

At first I didn’t want to go because the menu looked so confusing for me from the drive-thru, but after my siblings insisted, I went in and ordered the ultimate bacon cheeseburger, and a oreo shake for my self, I was actually surprised that food was that good, will come back again if i want a burger.
