I had the Salmon and it was hot moist with every bite, I loved it. Our server was prompt and polite, it was a great experience, I can’t wait to come back. I had lunch with my Uncles and Aunts I haven’t seen in years, it was a great experience.

Service was great. Food was not good.
Did a 2 for $25 split with my sister & our children had kids menu items. I couldn’t finish my food. My stomach turned weak. I got the Chicken Parm Alfredo pasta and it was not good at all. My plate was also not clean-looking when it was served. It had a giant splat of sauce on the side, just didn’t look right to me. I should have went to Olive Garden next door.

I try not to leave bad reviews as sometimes people are just having a bad day. But in this case I think that people should know that this store just lacks in a few categories. We immediately got seated to a table. At 4:30 in the afternoon. There were maybe 4 to 5 other tables that had guests. We waited almost 10 minutes after being seated before our server came to greet us. By that time we knew what we wanted so we placed our order. We got our salads right away. And then after finishing our salads. Waited a few minutes and then the entrees came out. Never received our appetizer. Asked the waitress and she claimed she misunderstood our order and didn’t get it. So I said nevermind to that. We both ordered the Chicken Parmesan on fettuccine with cream sauce. Both of us went to take a bite and the noodles were so dry and stuck together that you could tell it had been sitting there for a few minutes at least. We immediately decided after the wait to be taken care of and the no appetizer that we would just go elsewhere. So that’s the customer service and food quality at this location. We ended up eating burger as this is my weekend and I really didn’t feel like waiting for another real to cooked at this point.

We have dined here many times over the years and never really had a problem. Lately it have been a little slower than before, but tonight took the cake. Granted, it is Veteran’s Day and they were really busy. That being said after we were seated we didn’t see our server for 15 minutes when she brought some water and took our drink order and food order. Another 15 minutes no drinks (just wine and a beer) so I got her attention and motioned for drinks. She had to go behind the bar and get them herself. Ok, we’re still having fun. My husband had ordered a rare steak and I ordered broccoli chicken Alfredo. Oops, they don’t have any broccoli. Another wait for those…not too bad. But his steak came out barely medium and I think they forgot the Alfredo sauce all together so I asked her for a little sauce. Sure. 25 minutes later she brought the bowl of Alfredo sauce, which she charged me $2 for. So I asked for a box since my husband had finished his dinner a while ago. Then, the wait for the bill… finally had to track down a manager for that since our waitress hadn’t shown her face for another 20 minutes. And that’s that.

Worst applebee’s I have ever been to. Appetizer came out a few minutes before the main course and was bone cold. Manager had it remade but we were already through the main course by the time it came back. Bartender was talking smack with customers about another customer and neglecting the tables in his area. The men’s bathroom was down right disgusting. Toilet paper all over the floor, toothpaste spit on the urinal, floor was stock everywhere, and it smelled like dollar store deodorant. Nats were flying around the dining room.

Came here in the middle of a weekday and was seated in the bar area. I sat, and waited, and waited, and waited and never was acknowledged so I got up anc left, as I walked by employees NOT ONE asked me if I was leaving . THE WORST experience ever. I love Applebees but will NEVER go back to this location. The entire staff needs to be fired and a rehire seems necessary. This location is the worst, The other reviews are not wrong

Took forever to get my beer, two drinks came out quickly (soda) and the one beer took like 15 minutes to come out. Very clearly saw 3 people behind the bar laughing and relaxing, not sure why the 15 seconds to pour a beer took so long. Ordered some appies, and a meal for our son. Meal and one apple came out in a normal time, then after about 20+ more minutes we were wondering where our second order was. Decided to look at our tab on the table machine and saw she didn’t even put the order in, so we were like whatever this is clearly not worth spending any more money, paid and left. We saw our server once at initial greeting where she took our order and the only other time was when she walked by our table and kind of smiled and said hello, but not really checking in at all. Definitely not coming back to this location, zero belief next time will be any better

Sorry but the steak is airplane food at best!!
Hands down the drinks is what made the night get to the four stars and the wait staff!!

The worst service I’ve experienced..I do not recommend this restaurant…our party of 12 people were seated 30 minutes after being informed of our party number which was understandable. We waited for our drinks after another 30 min…and the waiter arrived back at our table another 30 min for half of our order. No communication whatsover as what the table might need…the food was staggered on dlivery…2 plates at a time about 30 min intervals…we were seated at 10:15pm its 12:30 now…the manager finally delivered the last two plates while we waited…Sarah is the night shift manager..apparently she was supposed to comp the last two orders …instead she delivered two wrong orders, apologigized,…then said she comped a random order for the group…but it was the cheapes ticket we had that got comped. And she proceeded to charge regular price for the last two orders. And took off the wrong orders off the ticket. This was the worst service, a manager thats dishonest and incompetent! on top of that…the waiter did not communicate…if I can give a negative star I would. This manager should not be working in a service based environment overseeing a service based business. 11/02/2025.
