This morning at 10:15 AM, the drink machine was completely out of water, the floors were dirty, and the Coca-Cola machine counter was unkempt. Additionally, all three menu screens in front were nonfunctional, displaying pixels, and the front staff exhibited undesirable attitudes. This place is unquestionably one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve encountered.

After waiting in line for five minutes in the drive-thru when I got to order I was told that they where understaff and that they weren’t taking orders in the drive thru. Understandable, so I go inside and no one is taking orders inside neither. This location has longer than usual wait times. Not sure what’s going on here but management has to be horrible if they can’t keep employees. In done giving this place a chance. Prefer driving 10 more minutes to go to a different location.

Order on app and consistently wait over 20 minutes for curbside pick up. Understand once in a while but everytime. Then to see other people who arrive after get their food first is insulting. Seems to be a recurring issue as most people park there and go inside to get their order.

This McDonald’s in Temple is easily one of the best locations around. During the day, the service is consistently quick, friendly, and professional. Even at night, when the drive-thru lines wrap around both lanes, the team still keeps things moving and delivers quality service.
I want to especially recognize Leah and Miss K, who are two of the hardest-working employees I’ve seen. Whether it’s early morning or late at night, they’re always on their feet, staying organized, helping customers, and making sure everything runs smoothly. Their dedication and positive attitudes really stand out.
I also want to highlight Du’Quavion, who does an outstanding job keeping up with the fast pace, staying focused under pressure, and treating customers with respect and professionalism. He’s quick, efficient, and clearly takes pride in doing things right — qualities that make a real difference during busy night shifts.
The kitchen team deserves recognition as well. Orders consistently come out hot, fresh, and accurate, with little to no mistakes, which speaks volumes about their teamwork and attention to detail.
If there’s one area for improvement, it would be adding a bit more nighttime management support or staffing to help move the drive-thru even faster during peak hours. Overall, this is an excellent location with a hardworking, dedicated team that truly deserves recognition.

Come here a few times and I will say it takes more than 15 minutes on drive thru to get your food. It takes 20 to 30 minutes to get your food if you are dining. I can say the tables are always clean, and the food is always hot when we get it. So I will give them props for that. Oh, and I love their coffee.

I went threw the drive thru tonight and the lady at the speaker said they were only taking mobile orders, kinda wierd but okay, so I pull into a parking spot and make a mobile order, I pull threw the drive thru maybe 5 minutes after the first time and then they said they arnt taking orders at all and to cancel my order online. This place is almost always dirty in the lobby with lots of employees standing in a group talking and joking around instead of working.

A Man (shirt said General Manager/director if I remember right) was doing a meeting/interview on his computer so loud it was almost like we was conciously trying to yell as loud as he could at whoever he was talking to on his computer. Ruined my family’s meal as he was sitting directly in the center of the dining room so we physically could not sit farther away from him. The kind new employee bringing the food out was wonderful though, she did great.

I have never had any issues with the service or food quality at this restaurant. My most recent visit was late night, approximately 30 minutes before closing. I did a mobile order through the app. My order was “complete,” but there was no straw for my drink, no pickles or onions on my McRib, no sauce for my nuggets, and no napkins. I won’t visit this restaurant for late nights anymore.

I am a Doordasher in this area and every single time I come here for an order I have to speak up in order to be serviced. It has been months and I have yet to hear: “Welcome to McDonald’s” or “Can I take your order?”. It can be slow or busy and the employees will still be moving sluggish. They will all look at customers waiting and say nothing. It is so bad that a little over a week ago we had 7 Dashers and 2 Uber eats waiting for an inexcusable amount of time for orders with no communication. Something needs to be done about this.

Terrible experience. Slowest service I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. The worker had an AirPod in one ear and a headset in the other, and kept saying “huh?” when I asked for a drink tray. I was the only person in line, yet I waited over 5 minutes for a kids’ meal. Two people in front of me actually drove off out of frustration. How is this place not under investigation for horrible service? Completely unacceptable.
