Nasty employee…Nasty food. Lady was obviously having a bad day. Got a little mad when she told me I was lying about my order. I was missing a small fry that i payed for. I had a bag with both my mcmeal deals in it besides my other fry. I usually come two to three times a week order the same things everything. Now I will go out of my way to go to a different location. And I will be telling friends and family to go elsewhere.

Purchase a 1/2 ice tea drink 4 days a week, a couple of times i was given a drink i did not order however I need to go to work so I returned at lunch time to correct my order. This time I was approached by a blond young lady Manager and treated like a theif, told I was not allowed to refill my drink. I explained it was wrong and wanted a drink I paid for. Very embarrassing! Very petty! No wonder fights happen.

Tried to go in an order from the kiosk and entered my code and nothing came up.
Waited for 6 min at the register, still having to refresh the screen so my code number didn’t disappear. Nobody came over to check on me. I ended up leaving because I didn’t want to wait anymore: I was craving a double cheeseburger and was very disappointed to have to leave without anything.

Our bartender/server Ethan was AMAZING unfortunately there was a female working the night my husband where out for our date night that was extremely unprofessional and rude to the rest of the staff while we where dining and other customers noticed. I worked in the food and beverage industry when I was in my younger years (20 years ago) so you conversant with your customers. She basically talked down to him like he was nothing. The food was excellent. The atmosphere was excellent. The drinks were excellent. But some training is needed.

AMAZING PLACE TO BRING YOUR FAMILY!
We are visiting their area and my kids wants specific toys for their Happy Meal. But they do not have them anymore only the display ones. They did ABOVE AND BEYOND by giving the entire display instead!
All their staff are amazing, great customer service! There’s a guy who greet customers really nice. I will always have a breakfast here every-time we visit the area.

Food was ok. Cashier wasn’t friendly and they forgot part of our order. Toilets were both clogged in the ladies restroom, which was gross. Overall, could be better.

This place is terrible, I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. I usually take pictures to show how bad it is. No sauce,burnt bun,wilted tomato, dry lettuce. It was so bad I handed the sandwich back. Then I asked for a quarter pondered. They gave it to me. The cheese was cold, I figured if I asked them to nuke it, that might be pushing my luck. Who ever is making sandwiches needs to go back to school and relearn how to make them. It was that bad. I’ll never eat there again. Let not forget the tables in the restaurant are dirty. Everyone of them.

Ordered my food when I got to the window to get my food I was asked to pull forward to the next window to get my food. After waiting 20 min a girl comes out to give me my wrong order. I asked for the manager which never showed up. I then backed up and stopped everyone from getting there order which then got the managers attention. She said pull forward so I did she then shut the window and went back to giving other people there food. So I backed up again and said where is my food which now I’m waiting 30 minutes I then said I want a refund or some discounted said no and can you move forward I then said No also. She then gave me a refund . The food was trash ice cold not even what I ordered and missing a sandwich This manager was not helpful and didn’t care for her customers. Maybe she should be retrained

Fries are piping hot and the breakfast sandwiches are at their best. Clean. Friendly. 5 Stars.
We ordered 2 quarter pounder with only ketchup. When we got home we found out they were all dressed with mayo. We had to throw them out. Annoying. (The server gave us back 2 quarter pounders the following day. )
