I’m impressed – this is actually the worst dining experience I’ve ever had in my life. I’m usually not one to complain, as I’ve worked food service myself, but I’m actually mad. That’s $75 of my life I’m never getting back.
– They forgot my cocktail, which was mid once I did receive it.
– We ordered onion rings, which were all stuck together and burnt.
– They gave me fries instead of wedges, and when I alerted the waitress she said she’d alert the kitchen and bring me wedges. I never got my wedges.
– My boyfriend ordered three flavors of wings, he only got one of the flavors he asked for. The other two flavors? Mystery. And they barely had any sauce on them to begin with, mind you.
– The “chicken dippers”? Don’t get me started. When I first saw them I thought they were chicharrones. See picture attached. Who makes chicken tenders like that??? Now that I’ve had some time to process, I realize that it wasn’t even a chicken tender – it was a chicken patty cut into five pieces. WHICH WAS TERRIBLE! I’m convinced it wasn’t even chicken. Is BWW using squirrel meat now?
Service was alright. The server was friendly and I don’t REALLY blame her as she was really busy so I won’t mention her by name.
All in all, would give zero stars if I could. Just go literally anywhere else.

I really loved the customer service that Sarah provided me she is very sweet. She Has a very generous attitude that makes your day after a stressful day at work coming in to eat lunch! The food was excellent really good chicken tenders!

My coworkers and I usually come here, the place is huge and clean, the service is algo good, during the week Monday- Thursday is not really busy. They have good happy hours specials and that being the reason why we usually visit this place.

The service was overall very slow and the food was gross. When we were served the tenders I questioned the quality as they looked burnt out over cooked or bad fry oil and they said that it was the way the tenders should be prepared. I have had the tenders at various locations and I can assure you they should not be cooked like that. We did the pick 6 all tenders looked the same and tasted bad. And the flat wings were gross tasting like the fry oil needed changed. But the fact that we were told that’s they way they should look was very annoying and they even mentioned it was there oil.

This was by far the WORST experience. We waited for 3 hours past our pick up time and order was still not ready. There were more cancelled orders than people waiting. We still never got or order as it was completely useless at this point Overhead the workers saying they would be reselling the cancelled orders later! Unacceptable.

I ordered through Uber Eats, paid extra for faster delivery, and it was never ready. It’s the first time I’ve ever canceled an order, and to top it all off, the system charged me half price. The staff at that restaurant is incredibly slow.

Went in today with my friends and was served by Jacki. She was very nice and pleasant to talk to, plus she always came by to ask if we needed anything else to make our experience better. Food was great and prepared quickly, ordered a bacon patty melt and was cooked perfectly. Great place to swing by to watch some games and enjoy a meal.

Ordered online and called immediately when I noticed a glitch had made it deliver to the gaithersburg location off clopper road.
Charged my card and all then called within 1 minute and said they hadn’t received the order and the manager would have given me a refund if so. I believe the cashier absolutely lied and the location I ended up getting the food from after ordering again completely agreed. Said they are most likely eating your wings.
Then I called back for the manager, a soft spoken gentleman claimed to be the owner but was clearly lying.
I would like this all rectified as it is now about the principle, that your employees clearly are taking advantage of orders like this. I placed my order today 9/12 for pick up at 1:10. 20 wings Half mango habernero and half Asian zing. Please control your employees. Might want to rethink their values. Please call and if I’m wrong I will revise this review. Not great customer service or values.
Update 11/4: Now you have to order online to eat inside. The server does nothing to help you order. It was a disaster as they have not made the ordering process thorough enough. My kids cup came as an adult cup and when I broke up the flavor of wings I wanted they made them in random amounts. Go back to the traditional way of ordering. Also the mozzarella sticks sucked. ♀️

I had called earlier in the day in the afternoon to ask whether the Peru game was on streaming that night and 30 minutes prior to me making my way driving 30 minutes towards the restaurant I had called about the Peru game at approximately 8:30 PM. the staff had told me both times and confirmed that they will be showing the Peru versus Ecuador game when we got there. They stalled for about 15 to 20 minutes and the server had told me that they said something to the bartender and the bartender gave me a smug attitude And aggressively said no we don’t have it! I was shocked because they were happy to take our orders for our beers and wait 20 minutes till after they gave us our beers to tell us until I had said something to the manager they compensated us for the beers but not my time, it still wasn’t enough because they wasted my time for I had drove 30 minutes to come to this restaurant.
