Driving through the area and I decided to try this restaurant. The inside and outside was very clean. Alexis the cashier greeted me with a smile. Being that it was my first time here she answered all of my questions, she also took the time to upsale desert items. The quality and the temperature of the food was good and the beverage station was clean. Thanks to Alexis patience and kindness if ever in the area, I would stop here again. Good customer service is hard to find.

Mane, I am a huge Huey Magoo’s fan and absolutely love their chicken tenders. This is my 4th Magoo’s in Metro Atlanta and this one had to be the worst. The food was pre-heated vs. cooked to order (or least make me think that). The chicken was not the Magoo’s typical crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It was crunchy and hard. My favorite fries are from Magoo’s. However, I sent my fries back twice and the second time, I really believe somebody stuck them in the microwave. They came out cold three times. Now here is my major concern- at the shift change, another manager came in barking and harassing her high school workers. She even commented about a staff’s jeans in front of the rest of the staff (unprofessional) and the two customers eating. And we are always debating why kids are so self conscious about their weight and hate working at fast food restaurants. The positive was the cleanliness of the restaurant and a young lady name Kennedy who was outside hand picking trash from the parking lot. I had to tell her, “you are a hard worker.” In fact, these are kids who should be getting the tips. The review is just to help grow the brand and continue the high quality chicken tender experience. But today, I would not recommend this Magoo’s in Loganville. If you want a good experience try Oakwood or Braselton.

Absolutely the best service I get is at this location. They are so kind here. Caleb Has been serving me since I first started coming here and is so careful with my gluten-free allergies that I’m so grateful I can eat here. Balin I have met the last few times. He’s starting to be a more consistent face. I see he is so sweet and kind I Very much appreciate how everyone treats me like a real human instead of somebody that has so many allergies. I will continue to come back here.

My family and I are very disappointed. Their food is really good, but every time we order online or call in, there is always a meal or a portion of a meal missing.
Every once in a while would not be an issue, but this is a pattern. I enjoy their food but this is getting ridiculous.
Tonight, we ordered 5 meals, extra chips, cole slaw, pudding, and extra sauces. We only received 4 meals and the extras. The extra sauces were put in a box.
The biggest meal had not been put in the bag. So I guess when they were checking the meals, they assumed the sauce box was a meal, but either way, a whole meal shouldn’t be missing.
My dad drove back to the restaurant to get it, and they were closed. That’s $13 worth of food missing…. we’re not happy.
Also, the sizes of the chicken tenders dramatically change in size. I’ve gotten tenders that were barely half this size in a 3ct, then these are a massive 3ct. If that is going to be a common theme, they need to start selling by weight rather than count because we’re paying the same price either way…

Visited twice in the last 2 weeks. Fantastic customer service by cashiers and front staff and management. You’re met with a pleasant greeting as soon as you walk in. While you’re eating, staff does a great job to ensure you have what you need and that you’re enjoying your meal. Top-tier service, food and atmosphere. Will definitely return!

Dine in becomes crowded FAST. Food always fresh and hot. I visit about 5 times yearly. They’re kind of economical. It’s not the typical drive thru; you must order ahead. Highly recommend the experience.
