Culver’s is a great place to take your family. Whether you’re on a road trip or just here in town because you live here, always stop in and get one of their famous butter burgers with cheese. Make sure you get a basket with some of their delicious fries. For dessert, grab you some ice cold delicious custard!

Just got a double deluxe with bacon, and I’m not kidding, this has got to be. The most presentable, incredible, looking burger I have ever received from ANY fast food burger joint. This sounds weird. I haven’t been to a Culver’s in a few years. While visiting Sioux Falls, stopped by for dinner. Great crispy chicken club sandwich and root beer float for a fast-food restaurant. Our server, “Austyn” (spelling?) was pleasant and seemed to enjoy working there.

I went through the drive thru on my lunch break from a hard day at work. I got to the window and the lady helping me said “omg you’re so pretty!” i said “thank you!!” she proceeded to tell me she was actually talking to my friend in the passenger seat and closed the window on me. I do not think this is acceptable. Employees should be respectful to everyone no matter their appearance. They also forgot my ranch when i specifically asked at the ordering board because I thought it would be more respectful to ask ahead of time.

Typically I like this place. This trip was horrible. My “burger” consisted of some crispy stuff, but no burger. I brought it up to the staff and they said… oh that’s how it’s supposed to be… hum? Never has been before. I can’t see laying down $40 for 5 people to eat a crunchy something sandwich.

Went to Culver’s for their two-piece cod dinner ordered in the drive-thru 21 minutes later I get my order. I get home onion rings overcooked batter on my fish fillets soggy! Will not visit the arrowhead Culver’s again! What a DISAPPOINTMENT!!

I just got home with my order of 4 pc chicken strip basket. The fries were great. The chicken strips are not Culver’s quality or size. I get this so I can split it with my husband as the strips are usually quite large. The last 2 times I’ve ordered this meal to go, they look like they should be in a kids meal! I order the same meal in Yankton, and the strips are always large and great quality. What a shame that the east 10th street Culver’s doesn’t strive for the same quality!
