Went through the drive thru this morning, got our breakfast. I ordered 3 meals. The girl ringing it in decided it would be better to break up my meal and charge À la cart, likely because the sausage egg McMuffin is on “sale” but the whole meal is.. it’s $5. So instead I got charged $1.50 drink, $2.50 sandwich and $2.49 hash brown… $6.50. Their screens have been broken for the longest time. I got my receipt and told the next window what happpebed, she goes to speak to the manager who doesn’t come to the window and asks what she can do to make it right… well gosh, how about refunding the extra $1.50 I shouldn’t have been charged? But she did nothing. And I’m sure I’m not the only person this store has over charged by breaking up a meal.

Hi!

Today is my second time where I ordered a quarter pounder meal and my burger wasn’t fresh. I’ve always been told that it’s made to order but that isn’t quite the truth. When I order I usually go ahead and still ask just in case. The last time I waited and the burger still wasn’t fresh and they told me when I pulled up that that were waited for me when I had just ordered through the drive thru. Today, my burger was terrible. I did make a phone call since I live across the street and I spoke to one of the managers. She was very professionally however , I told her I am a customer that doesn’t mind waiting. My sister goes to the McDonald’s as well and has the same problems. She usually has to go in to get it right. I asked that you all please do better. I always have to go on the other side for a fresh quarter pounder.

The worst customer service!! I placed an order this morning in the drive thru. My order was never confirmed and I wasn’t offered a receipt. After getting my food order and it wasn’t correct, I was told I would have to drive back around and place another order. When I asked to speak to manager she was extremely rude and wouldn’t provide her name. This manager even laughed saying you can call Freeman but they aren’t going to do anything. I will add I have called and I still haven’t received a call back.
I wouldn’t recommend going here since they don’t care what the customer has to say and they don’t feel they need our business.
They need new management and a new owner!

I Love McDonalds! Please do better! The drive thru has had alot of misses lately! Wrong order, waited way too long after being asked to pull in a spot, and now, today, hardly any fries! McDonalds do better!

Place is hit or miss, long waits after 8PM. Literally got ignored at the speaker for 3 minutes just for someone else to pull up in the other lane to get their order taken first. I seen no line and stopped by to just get some fries… I like for 10 minutes… was 1 car in front of me… fries a luke warm

Food was good but even if you eat in they put your food in bags. Our food was good and fresh. They just didn’t salt the fries.

My visits to this McDonald’s have generally been satisfactory. While there was a single instance of an order mix-up, the manager promptly provided additional items as compensation. On subsequent visits, I found the food to be well-prepared, the service courteous, and the establishment clean. Moreover, ample parking is available.

When I tell you this could be the best McDonald’s I have ever been to, I am not joking. The food was fresh, the service was quick and friendly. My food was delicious and hot!!! I recommend this McDonald’s to anyone. The manager Antonio was nice and made my childrens night, he got them the toy they wanted.

Great environment just don’t understand why or how greedy it was to make a choice on a extra condiment policy, really 40 cents extra for sum mayo sad to believe that a franchise could be that greedy i was charged for it but also saw employees handing it out i want my 40 cents back i feel robbed
