Placed an online order for delivery. One burger wasn’t assembled and the other was raw. Customer service representative online was very polite and helpful. I did call the store and nobody answered so this review is to let someone know because raw meat can get someone really sick.

How does this restaurant have such high ratings with so many poor skilled employees? Just throw the whole crew out seriously. From lunch to dinner I’m not sure why they have employees that can’t read simple instructions. I spend 20-30 bucks here and when I do everything is always wrong I have to triple check and even then it seems as if they don’t want to work. The store could be empty they will make you wait atleast 10 mins for your food. You ask for them to correct the order and you hear in the back workers are laughing and just being boldly rude. They come back with the bag of food and checking the sandwiches they are always poorly made. People prepare their dogs food better than this place does seriously. The people in the kitchen would pop their head out like it’s high school instead of doing their job. Don’t know how this place is still running under this management. You speak to the manager and it’s no better than talking to the one cashing you out. I used to order drive thru until I noticed the food was wrong EVERY TIME. Now I order inside the store and it’s even worse. Kids on top of kids working here. Change management or close the store down. Simple

I went to pick up my DoorDash order and waited an hour only to find out someone stole the order. I got nothing but attitude from everyone I talked to including the manager. It is unacceptable how they spoke to me and it was very rude. I wish there was someone higher up I could have talked to that would have been more respectful. McDonald’s needs to do better with who they hire it’s unacceptable that a manager could talk to a customer like that.

Management is absolutely amazing!! Would absolutely come back! They were so sweet, and I would recommend everybody to go to this one! If I caught their names I’d mention them, but hopefully anybody who stops in gets to meet them! I’m actively writing this in the restaurant right now because I was so blown away!

I stopped tonight on way home from work about 11:15 ordered at drive thru took saying order 4 times to be correct. Once I received my order at window everything was stuffed in one bag. Frys was cold and probably old. The Mcribs was dry and cold no sauce to speak of. Bun was hard as a rock and the female that handed food out window was very unpleasant

They didnt get anything i ordered right at the drive thru tonite. People working the drive thru are clueless. Tried giving me an ice cream cone when i didnt order one. I asked for a drink carrier and got attitude about it. Checked my one sandwich and it was wrong and i had to go in to get the correct one. I shouldve checked all my sandwiches because they gave me all the wrong ones.

Used Door Dash and everytime we did the dashers are always great. Tonight we bought McDonald’s and was disappointed the boxes were soggy and no bacon on the bacon Double cheeseburgers we ordered meat wasn’t cooked all the way.
