If it was nt the only fast food place in Waynesville it d be closed. The service is absolutely horrible. I used the app and you still have to sit and wait. They had me go to the 3rd window and hand my 1/3 Of my order. I told her it was wrong so she gets my drink. I drive off and find my fries missing. Since I was at lunch, I wasted valuable time. I would of been better off with a p and j. Seriously McDonald’s. Get your act together.

A very ‘happy’ place for the employees, I guess. It was very slow with no one in the dining room when we arrived. We looked around before we ordered and we’re disgusted with what we saw. Dirty tables, food on the floor, and employees laughing and giggling it was a party. There were a few workers managing the drive through but the rest we’re having a good time! We decided not to eat here and just get a couple of drinks. My wife’s hot chocolate was good, however; my coffee was like warm, strong smelling and bitter tasting. Guess it had been sitting around for a while. We took our drinks to go so we could not return the coffee. We just kept driving home and next time we are back in Waynesville, we will not stop at this “Happy” place!!! We are also sending this info directly to the manager who proudly displayed his info on the inside door. Disgusting place in this day and age of worldly diseases we are in!!!

Place is dirty with no tables getting washed. Food was good but the happy meal is way overpriced compared to surrounding McDonalds.

The food is what you expect from here. UNHEALTHY. The service is quick of course. They have plenty of seatings. The bathrooms are cleanish. Mainly exited because of the new JUJITSU KAISEN collab.

Food is fresh and hot for the most part. Only thing I will point out is the one guy “early morning staff” between open 6-8am and really doesn’t like it when you order a frappe or hot latte. For the excuse that the machine is down or it will take 15 minutes or longer. so I order one anyways and a sweet gal always comes out on time with my hot latte or frappe that’s on point. I’m very thankful of that gal with great enthusiasm way to keep your team going with no issues of waiting around.

I don’t normally leave negative reviews but I feel it is necessary after 3 visits to this McDonald’s and noting the same thing. In short and simply, the dining area is dirty. Sticky floors, dirty tables, overflowing trash cans, spills and trash in the fountain drink area, etc. Last time I was here I complained on the McDonald’s website. No noticeable difference. This is easy to fix. Please do so! Otherwise this is a great McDonald’s…friendly and quick service at an excellent location. Please just address this most basic thing for food service…cleanliness.
