This Chick-fil-A had wonderful service. They were quick and the food was fresh. The resturant was clean and the employees were friendly too! The tortilla soup is a seasonal favorite of mine! The cashier was friendly and it was obvious they were knowledgeable and took the time to listen to your order!

Awesome service. Staff was friendly and efficient. Manager was exceptional. I stopped by with my two boys after a long day of moving things into our property in Vale. We were tired and hungry I needed to get a bite to eat before returning to Charlotte so that we can prepare to load another load. there is plenty of seating and parking. Bathrooms were clean and they had a great health score, highly recommend.

Tonight my daughter hurt her leg when we came in. She hit it on the super sharp corner by the door. Thankfully another kind mother came and helped. She had to ask for ice in a bag 3 times for special needs 7 year old. Not one chick fil an employee tried to help. The entire restaurant could hear her screaming so I know they heard her. Then after I got her in the car with her ice chilled out, the girl behind the counter wanted to flirt with the boys in front of me and took forever getting their orders because only 1 register was open of course. The manager was behind the counter on her phone that’s probably why service sucked so bad tonight. AND THEN I got home and my food was wrong. I’ll never visit this location again. It was like 7:30-45

The last few times I have been here I have had problems. Last time the order was wrong and they were nice and fixed it but it took a while and the food wasn’t that good. The biscuits were basically falling apart like they weren’t even cooked.

When I drove up to place my order the girl outside taking orders asked me what I wanted. I told her I wasn’t sure sense the menu sign was two cars ahead of me and she didn’t offer to show me a menu so I pulled up to the menu sign to decide what I wanted. I told her I wanted a number 7 and that was all. She asked me if I wanted anything else and I said just the sandwich. Then she asked me if there would be anything else? And I told her for the second time that no just the sandwich. She actually asked me two more times if I wanted anything else. It made me a little angry so I said just forget it and I would go somewhere else for my lunch. So I slowly drove off and went to Ingle’s to buy something to eat. I realized that she didn’t give me back my debit card. I called the restaurant and talked with a manager about this and they said they would talk with her about her rudeness but they didn’t have my debit card. All this for trying to order just a single chicken sandwich. I doubt if I’ll go back there until they get better workers.
