Visited Zoe Ma Ma after an afternoon of shopping in Boulder. We were able to get a table easily around 5, but it got busy shortly after we ordered.
Absolutely loved everything we ordered, but the Cold Sesame Noodle was hands down my favorite.

Straight 4s. The food was pretty good considering it’s boulder and the demographic probably couldn’t tell a difference between a niu rou mien and a bun bo hue on the TV screen they play. It’s a bit out of the way since we are in Denver proper

Wife and I had two dishes:
Duck wonton noodle soup
Dan Dan mien

The duck wonton was pretty good. My wife’s complaint is that the wonton barely had any anything in it. So it tasted like noodles instead of a wonton. Soup is well balanced and the flavor isn’t over bearing.

The portion of the Dan Dan mien was a bit on a smaller side or maybe I was hungry. It was pretty good to me from my initial taste. My screw up is that I included the szechuan sauce on it which overpower most of the flavor.

Don’t let these gwei lo discourage you. Coming from a place where there is an abundance of great Asian food, this is a good alternative if i want that itch to be satisfied. I just live a bit too far away to come here regularly

I tried Zoe Ma Ma in Boulder and ordered the chicken pho it was pretty good! The broth on its own was okay, but the toppings and seasonings you can add yourself really made it better. I also got the dumplings, but they weren’t as good as I was expecting. The service was okay, though it took quite a while for my order to be ready. Just a heads-up when you come in, you order at the counter, pick your own seat, and they’ll call your name when your food is ready. Overall, not bad for a casual spot, but a few things could’ve been better.

The baos were still cold, the meat tasted like it had already gone bad, and the duck was so tough I could barely chew it. The first bite tasted so off I couldn’t even take a second. Being Chinese I know what a good bao should taste like, and this was nowhere close. Really disappointing coming from a Michelin star restaurant.

Absolutely delicious. I’ve now had the braised beef soup and the chicken soup and they were both incredible.

I added some of the chili sauce to the chicken soup which was lively and added a bit of kick, and the ginger pieces were amazing. I sent this would be the best thing ever with a cold because I feel like it’s a panacea.

The noodles were great. We tried their Tuesday special, Dan Dan Mian, Za Jiang Mian, chicken noodle soup, pot stickers, pork baos and shrimp dimsum. Would recommend everything but the shrimp dimsum, they were steamed too long and the skin crumbled off. Would come back for the noodles, pot stickers and pork baos.

Tasty food at a reasonable price right on Pearl. I love the menu’s simplicity which is based on the owner’s mom’s signature Taiwanese recipes. I also love that it’s served on simple plates. It lets the food speak for itself. Super yummy. We ordered the Stir-fry Garlic Choy Sum and added chicken to it and the Pork Belly Bao and Roast Duck Bao. It wasn’t too busy when we went, but I could see it getting crowded.

I ordered the Dan Dan Mian which was good.

The forced 15% tip was very disappointing since you order like a fast food place here. Counter order and they don’t even bring your food or silverware to your table.

We’d been wanting to try this place out for a while now, so we ordered some of their famous dumplings, chicken soup, and a couple of their main entrees for dinner delivery. We’ve eaten at tons of of authentic Chinese restaurants in Houston and the Bay Area over the past few years and have had some truly stellar meals, and Zoe Ma Ma is up there with some of the best. The prices and quantity are very reasonable, but ALL of the food we ordered was exceptionally good. The homemade dumplings are among the best I’ve ever had. We plan to try every item on their menu in the next few orders!

Zoe Ma Ma is a great spot for a flavorful and satisfying meal. We tried the Dan Dan noodles and the pork belly with rice, and both dishes were packed with great flavor. The noodles had just the right amount of spice and richness, while the pork belly was tender and paired perfectly with the rice. Portions were generous, and everything felt fresh and well-prepared. It’s the kind of place that hits the spot when you’re craving something hearty and comforting.
