Snooze, an A.M. Eatery

Social Profile:

Most breakfast & brunch restaurants start with the same script: eggs, batter, coffee & a big ol’ griddle. We’ve found scripts are a lot like pancakes, they’re best when flipped, so we‚re always looking to turn the best breakfast classics upside-down & on their side. Stop by for delicious pancakes, french toast, benedicts, breakfast burritos, oatmeal, breakfast sandwiches, bacon & more! From paleo to vegetarian & vegan or dairy free & gluten free friendly, we’ll happily accommodate food allergies & diets. We want each morning to feel like your weekend & happy hour rolled into one, so our restaurants feature a full bar with alcoholic beverages. From mimosas to bloody marys, margaritas & local craft beers, we’ve got cocktails & brews covered!

Vibrant, retro chain serving a seasonal menu of creative breakfast & lunch fare, plus cocktails.

Good breakfast spot.

Service and atmosphere:
The restaurante is popular so expect wait time. We waited about 30 min for a table for two.
Unfortunately, we had to ask for the table to be cleaned after being seated as it was sticky from previous guests.
The overall service was good.

Food and drinks:
The restaurant offers good selection of various breakfast and brunch dishes. The foods we ordered arrived timely and tasted good. The flavours and seasoning were executed well.
They also offer alcoholic beverages to accompany your food.

Pricing:
$$ – we paid $46 (no alcohol ordered). The quality of food was worth it.

Fantastic food. The Habanero Pork Belly Benny was uh-mazing. Perfect blend of flavors. The egg was perfectly cooked. Definitely will be coming back!

Not terrible wait for Saturday morning 10am, 15min. Service was friendly and fast. We sat in the patio area. Gotten the snooze classic, good portion of food. I also tried the chocolate and cinnamon roll pancakes. They were very sweet, and fluffy cakes. Would recommend for brunch

Service was biased. There were 6 adult people in my party. Four of us are 5’11” or taller. We were walked to a round table for 6 adults. I told the hostess that we needed a bigger table. She said hold on and immediately walked the next guests; a party of two to the back where she could have pulled the tables together and sat us. We were given an extra chair.
Moving on, drink orders were taken in a fair amount of time but there was a delay on our food order being taken. Also, we had to ask for straws. I had asked for extra napkins before the food came out and we were given 5 napkins for 6 people. We also weren’t off any condiments, mind you we had omelette, pancakes, and hash browns. Had to ask for hot sauce. Go figure.
Finally, I had asked the waitress to stop reaching all the way across the table to hand us stuff. I would think that is common knowledge in the server community but low and behold, here comes a different person reaching all the way across the table with food on it. The waitress did correct her actions and I could clearly see her efforts in trying not to do that which is why I tipped appropriately despite the service that we received. However, clearly there are shortcomings when it comes to training. This is not the Snooze that I usually go to but this is the one by my son’s house so that’s where we decided to go this time but I will not be returning here. Very disappointing from beginning to end.
The cinnamon roll pancakes were really delicious by the way and the bacon has a nice smoked flavor like a real smoked flavor to it. I’m not sure if it’s a real smoke flavor but it sure tastes like it. The butterfly lemonade is good more on the tangy side but really beautiful and the strawberry lemonade is all that!! I only spoke on the things I had and enjoyed but everyone said their food was good! Oh the hash brown was a bit dry and unflavored. That’s no fault to the restaurant that falls more on the concept leader. They should drop a pat of butter on top and make sure it’s served warm.

My only issue was our seating. We were a party of 7, including baby, and they sat us right at the entrance, in one of the round tables, and added an extra chair. It was a very tight fit. Initially I was told it would be an hour wait, but we actually got sat right away, so i guess we compromised there. The server was nice and attentive. The food came out quick and tasted good. They do not offer regular pork sausage. I ordered a healthier dish, and it comes with chicken sausage was was decent. I also tried the seasonal pumpkin pancakes and they were delicious. Also had the matcha latte with oatmilk and also great. Would return, hopefully better seating next time.

Snooze (Snoozery as we call it) has amazing and savory food that will make you feel satisfied.
I have been getting their Breakfast Burrito and haven’t changed it since coming here. I’ve tried the Trio Omelet, but it doesn’t satisfy me as the Burrito does.

Service is quick and your drinks come out quickly. For food wise, depending how much you order, it make take a few mins or less to get your food out quickly.
Just know that they are busy whenever the rush comes in so expect to wait if you’re coming in those hrs.

The food was great, service wasn’t terrible as it was busy with a 30+ minute wait on a sunday. Put your name in line through the app before getting there so you don’t wait so long. Thank me later!!

This is a wonderful breakfast place. Awesome food, service, and atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our experience. The eggs Benedict options are incredible. If you like pumpkin pie, you must try the pumpkin pie pancakes. Also, the pork belly is a must. We will be back for sure.

I’ve enjoyed food from Snooze. But disappointed with this last order. $16.25 (before tax) for habanero pork belly fried rice with barely any pork belly. Far too expensive for what is basically rice and egg and a few pieces of meat.
