So my girlfriend and our kid were hungry so we went to Taco Bell on Airport Road probably around 8:30 9 o’clock. Not only were they extremely friendly, but great customer service and also 100% order accuracy. It’s not often in these parts of the city. Do you get great customer service at a fast food place so it was definitely nice and very up. Great job !!

I got two bags and chips and none of them were even half filled up there were four chips in one and I usually don’t check the bag until I get home cuz it usually it’s good but this time it was not and then I was missing one of my tacos it is actually crazy how many people gave this a five-star when it’s clearly not it is at best mediocre and I also got a cheesy gordita crunch and it is super dry and it didn’t have anything in it except for the taco and the shell around it besides a little bit of lettuce and cheese there was no meat at all maybe one sliver if you’re over exaggerating and then I got a cheesy Bean and rice burrito and usually that’s good too I know I keep rambling on but this is absolutely crazy it is so dry I literally had to throw on three sauces per bite just to make it edible I would sue but I’m not going to sue a restaurant over how terrible they did actually I might because this put me in emotional distress because of how dry it was I literally had to drink a whole gallon of iced tea just so it would make the dryness go away A stone is literally better than what this place serves I would keep going but this is long enough there’s a lot more but I’m going to save you the time and stop and I bet they’re going to delete this review cuz they don’t want bad reviews you know how they are these days and I would give this a zero star but that’s not even possible so I’ll give it a one star they’re lucky I even rated this

Good food and mostly reasonable prices with a nice, friendly staff.. wish the app worked better. I’ve tried it a few times and keep having difficulties using it. I would probably go back more often if I could use the app and take advantage of the discounts there but, since it never works consistently don’t use it

My experience personally was ok until I overheard the manager being completely rude to a non English door dasher/uber eats person. Giving the customer a nasty attitude and ignorance. Being impatient with him, telling him ‘ you don’t got a translator app or something’. Her behavior was disgusting. Will not come here again. 0/10. And she was the manger due to her shirt, I worked at a taco before.

How is they close at 1:30 but is 1125 the drive-through is closed and they only take a mobile odor. It’s 12° out. Who’s gonna be waiting for the food out of the worker have an attitude because We being waiting for 20 minutes, plus This is one of the worst Taco Bell. They need new management and need somebody to come to this store and fix it up. Get different employees cause this your schedule to open at 1:30. Why are we closing at 11 at night and we have about 10 to 15 cards waiting for food because they had to do it through mobile app absolutely ridiculous.

They didn’t acknowledge that we were there. We were supposed to pick up an order. They didn’t even told us that the food was ready to pick up. We had to tell them up front of the order was there for doordash. Horrible service. We suggest the place should get new service. They don’t have any clue how to serve a customer 1 foot away from them.

I was in the mood for taco bell and I came to my favorite spot to get the “Grilled Cheese Burrito Deluxe Box”. Omg when I tell you my mouth was watering before I took a bite, I was going crazy lol. When I got my order I parked my car in the parking lot and dived right in. So delicious, SO GOOD, AND SO WORTH IT!!! Thanks taco bell. I knew I can count on you to control my munchies lmao!!
