Worst experience! Waited in drive thru for almost 15 minutes, only one car in front of me. I only ordered 2 burgers, onion rings & fries. My order was all WRONG! Fries were dumped into the bag and spilled everywhere. The onion rings were burnt, hard, cold and half full container.

I was very disappointed ☹️. This location wasn’t good. I was super hungry and it wasn’t satisfying. The nuggets were 2 colors and over cook. The fries didn’t taste very fresh . The onion rings were ok. The burger I got was ok . But the soda was out and it tasted horrible so I didn’t get a drink. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone and I definitely will not be back

Do not come to this location! I have had multiple instances. The most lazy instance happened this morning. I was in drive-through and I ordered an everything bundle. The lady told me she was the only one working there so I would have to park and come inside. I parked and went inside and she freaked out asking how I got inside that the door was supposed to be locked and then I had to leave. Right then a DoorDash person came inside and they started speaking in Spanish together, she did not make him leave, but she made me leave. I told her I wanted a refund and I was not happy with the service, she then told me I would need to go through the app because that’s where I ordered and she then slammed the door on me and locked it.
The first situation I had was with my credit card that an employee stole and used to make purchases. I handed them my credit card at the drive-through and they bent down for far too long, then the next hour I started getting charges from all over the area. Obviously this person stole my credit card information as that was the only place I used it that day.
I do not recommend going to this location. It has gone downhill and there seems to be no auditing of employees. It’s very sad that owners and management. Just let their stores go downhill like this as I literally left and went to McDonald’s after the situation this morning as I sit here and type it with their free Wi-Fi.

Do not go to this location after 3 pm!! The night crew does not care about the food they serve or how terrible their service is. I waited in drive thru for more than 5 mins and when I was getting my order taken the person on the other end rushed me like it was my fault he had to rush. And when I went to the window to pay another 5 minutes to pay and about 10 mins for my food, and to my disappointment old and cold fries!!!! NIGHT CREW IS BAD!!! Please get a proper manager or get them restrained, because for a few it doesn’t seem like they want to be there. What a waste of money!

Was dining in with family, ordered separate meals. Once my relatives food was ready I went to pick it up at the counter and the employees started yelling at me saying that was not my order when I was retrieving it for my family. That’s not how you treat customers. They wouldn’t do that at McDonald’s. Do better

PAY ATTENTION TO FOOD AT THIS PLACE !This is the Only BK that doesn’t have STAFF, Get these employees some help! Was about average on getting food to me that being said. fresh is better than old and cold! Table area was a little dirty still and there was a entire bay of fries when we walked in ✅ not good should make to serve! So I would bet they never cleaned the ice machine there was black and grey spots in my ice ! It sits in the lobby so I asked the lady , she said didn’t know when it was cleaned last and apologies for the dirty ice and asked if I wanted more Nope

I am not from this area since I am diabetic I decided to stop by for a quick visit b4 dinner. I went to the window to order just a small burger and the cashier who was a between 20-30 years old girl with her face full of Pimples was so rude and nasty, she started with making negative comments and she showed no respect for the customer. Now no matter what type of business you are in good customer service and respect is your priority. If your company did not provide good training for you and you were not able to provide good service for your customers you should not have to go through the process of serving customers. I am very disappointed that you have failed to provide good customer service for your company. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone else because it’s not worth it for the money to go there if you can’t get the respect and attention that you deserve.
