We’re a family-owned, artisan roasted coffee shop and Cuban restaurant serving the same authentic recipes we grew up eating. Just like our Abuela, we’d love to feed you. Currently serving: Curry Ford, Altamonte Springs, Waterford Lakes, Lake Mary, and Oviedo.

After having the worst experience at El Pal Campo in Heathrow, we decided to come to Zaza instead. From the moment we arrived, Yoanys took our order with respect and professionalism, and Camila served us with great attention. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the overall experience was completely different — in a good way. We’ll definitely be coming back.

One of my favorite sandwiches are Cubans. I hadn’t ever tried Zaza before, so after I did a Google search, and finding them, I figured that I’d give them a try. First off, parking sucks in the lot that they share with other businesses, but I found a spot. Ordering inside of Zaza on the kiosks was easy, although I didn’t care how it tried to pass on an 18% tip pretty quickly. I ordered the Cuban along with a regular café con Leche. The coffee was PERFECT! I really should have gotten a large. Nice balance of coffee/ milk/ and sweetener. Strong and flavorful but not overpowering. Even though the restaurant wasn’t crowded, it seemed to take quite a long time to get the sandwich. The wait was worth it. The sandwich and coffee were the most authentic and the best tasting that I’ve had outside of SoFlo.

Best coffee in all of Orlando.
Love the cafe con Leche. The chicken empanadas are AMAZING. The egg and cheese breakfast sandwich is so filling. Eggs cooked perfectly.
Very friendly and quick service. Appreciate you all.
Easy to order online.
Breakfast is served all day.
Parking is difficult some times of the day. Its a busy plaza. But its worth the walk!

Zazas WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU? When you first opened, cashier’s would greet you with a smile, they took your order. The coffee Cafe Con Leche was off the hook. The food was flavorful and delicious. Fwd to today, we input our own order into a giant tablet, after entering your order and figuring out how to make substitutions takes a few minutes, then you get to the checkout screen and the damn machine defaults to 20% tip. ( Don’t be confused, even though you did all the work of the greeter/cashier the tip goes to them.. food x3 vaca frita, meat was flavorless and charred, Maduros were burned, one guest at our tables did like the black beans. X1 El Macho bfast sandwich ..but they were out od Zazaverde spicy salsa. The food came out after dropping $70 at a fast food joint they serve you with plasticware. The HVAC A/C kept dripping on Us and our food. The cafe was served in a paper cup not even a glass mug and it was NASTY! My wife asked them to make a fresh one in a mug and we’ll, they remade it and it was “see amarga” JUSt do better. This isn’t the first time we were dissatisfied but this is the first time we decided to complain. From now on if we want authentic Cuban food with an amazing atmosphere, great service, and delicious food, we will go to Chicas in DeLand.

I enjoyed it. It is a little bit more pricier than what I’m used to, but the food is good. The atmosphere is good. The service was good and now I found a place that actually is a little bit more closer to what I used to have in Miami, so I’m happy about that.

I love going to Zaza Cuban Comfort Food – Lake Mary. From the moment you walk in, you feel at home. The staff is always welcoming and kind, and the food is consistently delicious. The café con leche is perfect every time, and the empanadas and Cuban sandwiches are amazing.
The restaurant is always clean and smells wonderful, including the bathrooms. I also had the chance to meet Mr. Ramón, the manager, and his professionalism and passion truly stand out. You can see how his leadership reflects in the team’s positive attitude.
Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great food and excellent service.

I’ve been going to this for the past 3 years.
The food never fails to be great! It’s delicious everytime. But you can’t forget about the coffee, it’s amazing!
But that’s not the best part of this Zaza. The best part is the staff, like Camila and Yoanys and others They truly do care. You can taste it in the food and coffee they make. You can hear it when they greet you as you walk in, and thank you as you leave. You can see it in their hard work and smiles.
They care, and that’s what makes this a great Zaza!

I had the BEST experience at Zaza’s Cuban Cafe thanks to Ariana!!
From the moment I walked in, she was so welcoming and had the sweetest energy. She was patient, helpful, and made sure my order was perfect. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in what she does. Even when it was busy, she stayed calm, positive, and super professional.
It’s rare to find someone who makes you feel that comfortable and taken care of. Ariana truly made my whole visit better. I’ll definitely be coming back because of her!
