This used to be a good store. Everything fresh orders accurate. I don’t know what happen. My fries are cold and rubbery. Chicken. Nuggets not thoroughly cooked centers, soggy on outside cold on inside burger. Inaccurate then argued with to correct it buns are stale around the edges. Meat is way overcooked, so dry. Not a drop of hydration left absolutely disgusting, and to top it off employees rude

Ordered baconator fries which were drenched in nothing but grease. There was so much grease at the bottom I could have fried some more fries in it. I ordered a baked potato which was fine until I got towards the end and saw this greenish looking thing on the cheese. I assume it was something green like lettuce or chives that was dried up. It still looked real nasty to me. At this point I am over these fast food restaurants.

It never ceases to amaze me how a once great food chain has fallen into the hands of an employee base that is not only confused but doesn’t care. There’s nothing like having the wrong order with water-down Coke no straw and ice cold fries in your bag for $20 bucks! Unfortunately they don’t care and they greet you as if you’re bothering them. That’s the fourth straight time they’ve jacked up my order. Wendy’s has lost my business. It ain’t like the old days.

I ordered on Grubhub. I’m not here to complain that it took 2 hours to get my food, but the fact it still wasn’t enough time to get properly cooked food. I few bites then had to spit it out. The fries were cold as expected waiting for 2 hours, but the burger in the Biggie Meal was bland af and included nothing. I checked the chicken in the salad I also had in the order before passing it and it was okay. But generally not happy with this order. I requested a refund through Grubhub, they didn’t ask for pictures, but I took some anyways and I’m leaving this review here too.

Stopped by Wendy’s and had a great visit. The food came out fresh and hot, and service was quick even though it was busy. Burgers were tasty, fries were crispy, but the star of the show was definitely the Frosty—perfectly creamy and just the right chill. Only reason it’s not a five is because the dining area could’ve been a little tidier, but overall, solid stop and I’ll be back for another Frosty fix!

I was going to go to 5 Guys but instead chose Wendy’s based on my current route. I ordered a Dave’s Double Classic combo. I used the kiosk which was super easy and user friendly. No sooner had I paid, the young lady behind the counter gave me a cup for my beverage with a smile, Wow a smile, cool. The food was ready within minutes which is what you want at a fast food establishment. I dove into the fries before I reached my vehicle and to my surprise they were just barely warm. Now mind you it was just shortly after 11:00am which is when they start serving lunch so for fries to just be warm was kinda weird. But I’ve had warm fries before so I just dealt with it. I pulled off headed home and took a bite out of my burger and I could tell immediately that this burger had been sitting, perhaps overnight and was simply microwaved. The lettuce and tomatoes were wilted, the cheese was almost unrecognizable and the sandwich was extremely hot. I mean almost nuclear hot. Nothing fresh about it. Now I never return food for obvious reasons and I was not about to start now. But I was so pissed at myself for my food return policy. This is the one time I should’ve returned and asked for my money back. I’ve eaten here plenty of times without incidence but my God never again would I visit this place. Should’ve went to 5 Guys even though it was out of my way. They NEVER disappoint.

I wish I could give food and service a zero. Not only did the lady suck her teeth at me but our spicy chicken was not a spicy sandwich at all. There was no frosty mix so the drinks we paid for did not come as they should have. So the new special drink is trash cause the machines don’t work or the mix is not there. Personally to be honest this place is a 50/50 on if the food and service are on point and tonight they failed horrible. They did not have my frosty and were not even going to give me a drink in its place.We ordered a spicy chicken Asiago sandwich with chilli cheese fries and a fresh and a chocolate chip cookie… this is what we got.

The building itself needs a mop and a bleach bomb because the table and floor grime looks like it’s been there since ‘98. To add insult to injury, we found chest hair, arm hair, or whatever kinda hair it was in my cousin’s burger- I’ll never tell him, but I think it was what rhymes with “tubes.”
