The location was convenient and easy to get to after a long day. The restaurant was clean and not overly crowded, which made for a relaxed and comfortable meal. The service was friendly and attentive, and our food came out hot and exactly as ordered. The steak we ordered was a little more undercooked than we personally prefer, but it was still good. We also ordered Alfredo as well as mozzarella sticks and bbq chicken wings with chips and dip. Amanda was an amazing server, super attentive and always ready to get us anything we needed. The manager also stopped by our table to check in during our meal, which we appreciated. Overall, no complaints. It was a reliable, easy dining option close by, and we would definitely stop again if staying in the area.

The workers here are always friendly and welcoming. My friend and I decided to come here on a horrible snow day. People’s cars were getting stuck in the parking lot. Two employees rushed outside to help a few customers get their cars unstuck from the snow. Such a nice thing for them to do! I wish I would’ve gotten their names!
Also, Abby is always a great server! She is always so friendly and welcoming always have a good time when she’s here.

We went here for my sons birthday. He got a free Sunday . Staff was very nice. The hostess who sat us was full of personality, you could tell she loved her job. Sadly I didn’t catch her name to give her credit. Reasonably priced and good quality. I would definitely go back. Much better experience here than the Applebee’s by my house. Thank you for making my sons day

Stopped in for the new specials. Ordered a dirty soda (Pepsi cherry) and it was delicious! We also had the Sangria with the Vibe added. Very tasty!! Would definitely order those drink again!!
Now the bad….we ordered the trio appetizer. Yes, you get to choose 3, and we choose the wings, onion rings and the shrimp. The only thing that was half way decent were the onion rings. The wings were way over cooked and the shrimp were dry and heavily crusted with a strange batter?. I would definitely try different items next time as there are 10 you can choose from. The service was good, friendly – but did zero upselling. Unfortunate. The atmosphere was fine, restaurant was clean but the bathroom was so dirty. I’ve been to the WBL location several times – are you not focused as you once were?? Ill be back because I do love the Perfect Margaritas – but hopefully things will be better next time.

They messed up our order, but tried to make it right with free fries. The kids meals have really gone downhill. Our child wouldn’t even eat the Mac and cheese! The chicken tenders came out more like chicken fries they were so small. Not worth the price. Might as well go through a fast food drive through.

We always have wonderful customer service every time we come here. The staff is extremely friendly and if something is wrong with your food (which is rare for us but has happened once or twice out of the many many times we have been here) , they are always willing to make it right without hesitation. It’s our go to for a family outing.

Stopped in for lunch while in the area. This was one of the better Applebee’s experiences we have had in some time. The service was good and fast. The food came out hot and fresh. The chicken turned out really good this time in both the pasta and the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp. If you’re looking for an Applebee’s to visit, this might be a good one to give a try.

Sorry for the bad photo’s, but the employees here are amazing Abby is a wonderful server and Raymond is an awesome manager! Today the two greeters saw a customer stuck in the parking lot and went outside to shovel and push them out! Almost made me tear up! Love this Applebee’s and the employees!

Was here 15 minutes before the 1/2 price apps. We waited 45 minutes for a table due to the kitchen being backed up. When I asked the server about the deal I was told it’s after 6:00 so no. When I got here there were several tables open but no one was being seated until the kitchen caught up.
