THE GOOD, THE BAD & THE UGLY. GOOD: First time here, had a taste for tacos & was far from my usual spot. Ordered steak & chicken tacos & guacamole for me & 2 grandkids.1) Steak tacos were a little dry, OK, not great, just OK; chicken were a little better. Requested tortillas a little extra toasted & they did it right; other restaurants make them hard shell. 2) Tamarindo drink was good, but watery. 3) Counterstaff was friendly. BAD: 1) The guac was a little spicy (don’t/can’t eat spicy food). 2) Place was cramped; little seating space but found 3 stools together; too cold to eat outside. When I walked in to order, guy at the front looked at me & I guess assumed I didn’t speak Spanish & called English-speaking staff (friendly one) from the back. I’m used to this but when it’s obvious, it bugs me. I HATE it when they ASSume. UGLY: Total: $58(!) While I know prices have gone up everywhere, $5.25 for one small taco is too, too much. I don’t mind paying extra but food has to be great, not OK.

Pull up to the drive through and wait for about 15 minutes and no one comes to the mic. I pull around just to see workers just talking and doing nothing. I guess they get plenty of business cause with 30 minutes to close they obviously did not care to serve the customers

Literally the worst food I have ever ordered! Not only are they overpriced I paid $20 for three Quesabirria absolutely no meat in them just cheese super greasy and very small. I called to complain about it so I can come in and get something els. They had somebody new at the front desk who refused to give me her name or help me in any way shape or form. Hung up the phone several times would not get me over to a manager! Never again. Absolutely disgusting They need to do better.

Ive been eating tacos my whole life at different places and I used to be a frequent customer here but stop coming cause the taste hasn’t been authentic as it used to be and especially when they started charging for limes. I decided to give it a try today and was surprised how much the price has changed. Steak tacos are now 3.80 each Anyways, when i opened it… it looked off. Everything was off like the tortilla, steak, even the drink. So i took a bite hoping it wouldn’t taste as bad as it look and yea… here i am writing a review about it cause it was so bad, so expensive, and so disappointing. I would give it a 5 star for being the worst steak taco in northwest suburb.

It’s alright, it can be hit or miss. Burritos are small for what you pay. 12 and some change. The meat could be better, positive is the drive through. If you’re hungry and just want to fill up , this works . If you want bigger and better meat quality go elsewhere. Seems like they started to open more spots and the quality went down and the prices went up.

The large drinks are not balanced correctly and the cup holders are not flat nor grab the drinks, Drinks just fell right out of the holder.

Picked up 12 steak tacos yesterday and I got to tell you this cilantro is bad! The tortillas were hard and so was the taco meat. Literally paid 50 bucks and they couldn’t make the order fresh? Won’t ever be coming to this location again. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

They packed the food incorrectly, they make it a mess. All they do is stuff and throw in the sauce and food and napkins with no organizing, so once you open your bag for your food, it’s a mess and barely looks edible! The new owners made the prices SKYROCKET! Its expensive, the vegetables and tacos are more cold than usual! Barely felt edible and wasn’t even in the right temperature, the service was extremely slow and poor. I don’t know what happened but the service was so good until now, it’s so poorly done and slow.
There’s a specific cashier that needs to comb and fix their hair, the hair usually gets on the food, and just grosses me out. Overall the service is pretty bad, if you’d like to go there, go ahead and risk it. I’m not forcing anything on you. But yeah maybe just don’t go on this one.
