4 of us had a decent time , but went at 2:30 on a Saturday and it was packed. It was very crowded around the self serve food bar, hard to get what you needed and people were bumping into each other. Food was good but we were without drinks a lot and our burner got black from char and was never replaced our whole meal.
It was freezing cold inside and loud. Lots of families. If you want a place for a quiet relaxing meal this isn’t it. If you want a bustling busy vibe this is your spot. I’m not sure I would eat here again, for me it wasn’t worth the effort, the long time it takes , the atmosphere. Hard to talk because of noise and burner pipe blocks you from people across from you. Good food though and a fun experience if you’ve never done it.

WORST DINING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We got there at 12:15, 15 minutes after the place opened. We only had to wait for about 15 minutes. We got seated fine and we placed our orders of two soup bases and various meats and veggies. They brought out my girlfriends broth and about 1/4 of what we ordered, several of the items being incorrect. We then waited for a full hour, to 1:30, and still nothing. We had stopped multiple waiters and asked them what was going on with our order and they were all dismissive and rude replying with “yep” or just nodding. Mind you literally everyone else around us had already received all of their broths and items within 10 minutes. At this point having waited over an hour with half of our items missing including my broth so I was unable to cook and eat any of the food. We ask to speak to a manager because at this point we’re both done with this awful experience.The manager was by far the rudest person in the entire establishment. I explained I still didnt have my broth after an hour and she tried to gaslight me into believing that was completely normal despite everyone else around us and my girlfriend getting theirs. She was incredibly condescending the entire time she spoke to us, talking to us like we were unaware of everything going on. We asked for a refund due to the awful experience and she pressured us to pay full price for all the food we never received. We will be disputing the charge, obviously. I would truly avoid this place at all costs if you value decent service even a little bit.

For my birthday this year, my lovely partner took me to K-Pot. I had never been to Korean BBQ before, and I was really happy with what we got. We got both options: the hot pot and the grill. While the hot pot was good, I preferred the grill. I like soup as much as the next guy, but it was not quite what I was expecting. In the future, I would get the soup – but I would make sure that is what and all I wanted.
The Grill option was by far the best and most flavorful. The only issue I had with that was – if you get a sauced item or put sauce on an item and then cook it, the sauce does sorta burn to the grill. So, I would recommend calling your server more often to get that changed out, so you do not have any burned-on residue on the grill and ruin the flavor of whatever you are cooking.
I had a good experience and I will be back in the future!

This is a regular staple in my local restaurant rotation and is hands down my favorite place in Greensboro. The spicy beef bulgogi is AMAZING and I could eat that all night. The dinner menu is huge with tons of beef, pork, poultry, and veggie options. The photos are from a variety of visits, and not a single one has ever disappointed. The lunch menu is slightly cheaper and lacks some of the higher quality options, but is just as good and a fraction of the cost. I always do the bbq and have never done the hot pot, but it looks amazing and I’ve heard great things. I’ll be trying that this winter for sure.
Edited to add and removed a star: Maybe the holidays threw off their game a bit, but I had three unpleasant visits in the last month. The first was when I took my husband for a birthday dinner on 12/18. The table we were seated at was vibrating and really loud so we requested a new table. They moved us to the table immediately beside the original and proceeded to disassemble and service the original table the entire time we ate. Power tools weren’t any better than the noise created by the table we complained about, and this felt like it was in poor taste since there were plenty of other table options. The second was on 12/30 when I took my sister and niece for a dinner. Our tablet was dying and constantly locked, preventing us for ordering which is not great when you’re dining on a time limit. The table didn’t have a working light, making it hard to see when food was done and it didn’t have a working vent fan, so our eyes were all burning from sitting in smoke. Finally, we visited on 1/2 and were told it would be a 15 minute wait. Several people were seated ahead of us (that definitely arrived after us) and our total wait time ended up being 40 minutes. Scout offered EXCELLENT service and we were glad we waited it out, but it was still frustrating after my last two visits missed the mark.
This is still one of my favorite places and I’ll continue to go regularly, but I can’t offer the same stellar recommendation after three disappointing visits back to back.

Had an amazing experience at KPOT! From the moment we walked in, everything was great the food was fresh, the selection was huge, and the whole atmosphere made it a really fun place to eat. Being able to cook everything right at the table makes it such a cool experience, especially if you go with friends or family.
What really made our visit stand out was our server, Jose. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed the whole time. He checked on us regularly, explained things clearly, and made the experience even better with his great attitude. It’s rare to get service that good.
If you’re thinking about trying KPOT, I highly recommend it. Great food, great vibe, and if you get Jose as your server, you’re in good hands!

Shine, our waiter, was very helpful. It was our first time doing Korean BBQ and hot pot and he walked us through it with very good instructions. Food was very good with great quality, the selection was wide with a good bit of vegan options. There was a bar with options for different sauces that you could combine together, the bar also includes kimchi, french fries, and some dessert choices. The only complaint I could think of is the lack of dessert options but that’s if your still hungry after the two hour length of the dinner. Drinks here were great, I dont drink alcohol but the people I was with do and they enjoyed their drinks and the non-alcoholic options were still really good, I had a Tai tea boba that was very good. Overall the experience was great I would definitely come again.

He made sure we had everything we needed, kept our table stocked, and checked in at all the right times. His positive attitude and great energy really elevated the entire experience.

We loved the food and the service. They were very accommodating for my kiddo in a wheelchair. However, I am concerned about the cleanliness of the floors, especially in the bathroom. We were there not long after opening, so there was no reason the floors should have been this filthy.

Always a wonderful time. Ask for Scout! She’s the best! She’s so helpful and so knowledgeable. She guided my family & I on our first trip to KPOT & she left such a lasting impression on us, that we had to come back! The food is always excellent portions! Always quality! It’s so neat to try the soups and even bbq! I’m so blessed that my husband is a wonderful cook & he whips up the best food with what KPOT provides for us. It’s so awesome! We order our food on a tablet that Scout provides to us and again, any questions, she’s the best, she WILL absolutely leave you feeling like a king (or queen) of the grill or a top notch ramen chef! I came in for my first time 2 weeks ago, they were really busy Eddie was amazing. He was very patient and showed me how to do everything as well as continously checked in with us. He was very outgoing and understanding with all the questions I had asked him. It was a very enjoyable experience for my first time and I will definitely be coming back. The food was great as well
