Food was good, service was relatively fast – but usage of the app was….a complete failure in execution. I tried to use the “new user” offer for a free 2 piece ended up being a total waste of time…the person at the window acted like they couldn’t understand what I was talking about so I offered to come inside while we had to wait for our order….only to be told by the person inside that the offer was only valid with purchase – after we had just bought $45 worth in the drive-thru….
The icing on the cake? Once you click on the offer in the list, it expires in an hour.

We ordered an 8 piece mixed chickenmeal, 5 jalapeños and a reg coleslaw.We live 45 minutes away , we get home and it is all dark meat. I tried to call twice and vm is full and then no answer. Very disappointing to not get what you paid for. I have pictures of the receipt and the chicken.

The order came on time but the food wasn’t hot. The chicken tastes awful. No seasonings on none of the food. I only enjoyed the Dr Pepper. Do better on the seasoning of the chicken bc no one will want to eat bland chicken or bland food. And fry the chicken longer we as consumers enjoy fully cooked seasoned chicken.

All I can say is Damn the food is so good. Has only gotten better through the years. The tea was slammin. The chicken was crispy. The mash potatoes and gravy were good. And hot damn those biscuits will make ya wanna slap ya mamma. My only issue was not getting napkins for the chicken that’s flaky and a lil greasy or a spoon for my taters.

The staff member handling our takeout order seemed rude and inattentive, failing to ensure that our complete order was packed and that we received hot, high-quality food that matched what we paid for. It’s disheartening to encounter such lapses in service, especially when customers expect great service in return for their hard-earned money. The absence of basic items like plastic ware and napkins further added to our disappointment, resulting in an overall unpleasant dining experience.
Despite these shortcomings, it’s worth noting that the young lady at the counter and the one at the window provided good customer service. Unfortunately, the positives were overshadowed by the negatives. The chicken we received was tough, and the portion sizes of the sides did not align with what we had paid for. This experience was particularly frustrating as we were traveling through town with children, and their dissatisfaction with the meal only compounded our disappointment.

Ordered a surf n turf combo and a 2 piece mixed combo with slaw and a coke. The girl taking my order kept asking me to repeat my self and eventually asked me to pull around because she couldn’t understand what “surf n turf” i was asking for. I explained again at the window, after sitting there and having employees staring out the windows at me and talking, before she finally opened the windows and asked again. I paid almost $17 for a 2 dark piece combo (I actually paid for the dark/white combo. But got 2 dark pieces) and never got a side or drink with my surf n turf. And the staff was rude. “Mmhmm” was the response when I thanked them, for whatever reason, when I finally got my food and it was wrong and lacking. Phone number goes directly to voice mail, so forget getting ahold of management. All around not a good experience.

Pay attention to your total bcz this one lady will charge you more for the same thing as the special. 2 piece × 2 jumped to $12 and for what?? Quickly went right back down to 8 and some change. She said it’s bcz I asked for 2 legs and the special is 2 thighs. Lies… or make it more clear in the advertisement.
