It’s rare to go somewhere and order 6 dishes and them all be outstanding. But this was an amazing meal. Super cool spot in a historic warehouse with amazing and quick service. We got the local lettuce, which was so fresh and flavorful with some nice crunch, and the carrot dish which was so comforting and delicious. We got parpadelle, mushroom and margarita pizza, and the steak for entree. Steak was cooked perfectly with some light chimichurri. Pasta was al dente with delicious meat sauce and the pizzas were awesome too. We got ice cream which was very unique and fresh. Two bottles of wine were lovely and we enjoyed everything

Incredible experience! Wait staff were nice. The food was absolutely incredible! Good vegetarian options. Very impressed by the cocktails as well the espresso martini was best in class and the closer to fine #2 was so tasty. Awesome pasta too.

From the quiet location, to the upscale dining room, swanky ambiance, great service and delicious food artistry, the only thing I didn’t like, is the distance to my house being a flight and rental car away.

My husband and I would like to express our gratitude to Paladar for accommodating our impromptu dinner reservation last night. Our waitress, Suzanne, provided exceptional customer service during our visit to Paladar. The food was truly amazing. We will definitely be returning again. We particularly enjoyed the squid pasta dish.

Paladar 511 is an absolute must-visit spot in New Orleans. It offers a great vibe and a truly interesting menu that sets it apart from the typical dining scene.
The food here is excellent. We had the Squid-ink spaghetti and the Farm Egg Pizza, and I highly recommend both. The dishes are inventive in a way you don’t see everywhere—I was already impressed by the flavor of the spaghetti when they brought out the pizza with the egg on top! It’s crazy how good and unique both are.
The place has a fantastic atmosphere and attracts an excellent crowd. A helpful tip is that they have a bar, kitchen seating, and an upstairs area, offering a few different ways to enjoy the ambiance. I’d recommend splitting the pizza and spaghetti so you can try both signature dishes.
For excellent, inventive food and a great overall dining experience in New Orleans, Paladar 511 is a guaranteed win. I would definitely recommend it.

I won’t be long: it’s one of the best cuisine I have ever tried. The dishes are simple but very well cooked, all the ingredients perfectly match, from the entrée to the dessert.

Paladar 511 is hands down one of my favorite restaurants in New Orleans. The dinner menu is phenomenal, but what keeps me coming back are the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes and Jumbo Lump Crab Benedict at brunch. I honestly have dreams about those pancakes, they’re just that good!
The space itself is gorgeous too. I love how the lights are dimmed at dinner for a cozy, intimate ambiance. Between the food and the atmosphere, it’s always an amazing experience.

Delicious and carefully prepared food, nice atmosphere. Hip but not obnoxious. Reminds me of the nice places in the SF Bay Area. I went for brunch (pic of the killer crab Benedict with fresh corn below). So good I came back for dinner! Awesome pizza, and don’t miss that squid ink pasta

Amazing!! We got the local lettuce salad, Cacio Pepe, squid ink spaghetti, flat iron steak, and the lemon Labneh cake. Every bite was an experience. Sitting at the bar also gives you a view of the chefs and their dedication and love that they put into your food.

Outstanding modern Italian restaurant, the prices are moderate but flavors and service were exceptional. I had the house made squid ink pasta with shrimp and it was one of the best pasta dishes I’ve ever had. My fiance had the butter chicken with greens and it was very good as well. Next time I’m in New Orleans I’m coming back to Paladar 511.
