This was a random stop by for me the restaurant was dirty the food was hard and the service was extremely slow… The customer service was really detached and they had everything in brown bags the inventory must have not been done, totally bad experience I ordered a 3 piece dark and got a whole white meat breast and was mad to eat it because it was cold and watery like they didn’t cook it all the way from it’s frozen state I had to pass on the meal, the biscuit crumbled and had something on it I should have gotten my money back but I just decided to do a review instead spend your hard earned money elsewhere the chicken doesn’t even have the Popeyes taste to it .. bad experience

I went to Popeyes and waited more than 35 mins for my order. I ordered a breast, leg , and wing. I ended up with a thigh. The customer service has too improve at this location. Definitely needs to get better.

The employee that waited on me was rather I wouldn’t say rude but he was not pleasant either. He continously forgot my order. I had to recheck each item. I understand people have a bad day and maybe he should have taken a step away for a few deep breaths.
As far as the atmosphere it was crowded and you had a woman begging every single person that walked in and out for money. Management should’ve had her removed. Although the lines were long it moved at a decent rate.
The food was hot and fresh.

The chicken made me run to the toilet within 30 minutes of eating it. I left the remaining chicken sitting on my counter for a few hours and there was an odor. I had to throw the bag out immediately. And they were out of fries! I should’ve left the store right then and there. That was a red flag

I placed an online order which was going to be picked up by my dad, which has been done before. But I had to be called from my dad who is picking up our family dinner because the employee stated they needed my location. Which I was home SICK, he even had the confirmation of the order placed . Not only that they took so long to give the order they didn’t even give all my items. My dad waited for biscuits that never made it to the bag. Not only that the sauces are missing too which are paid for . Mind you this is not the first time that items are missing from the order. I gave plenty of chances before because I get that as humans we make mistakes but this is just too much. Y’all have to do better!

Late post from 8/25/2023 my Birthday. I ordered for delivery. My soda was flat and thick with no sticker over the straw area. I didn’t drink the rest. Next day I was foggy when I woke up, I couldn’t remember the day or what I had to take care of for the day. I believe the Door Dash driver slipped something in my drink. Once he handed me my order we locked eyes, his face was mostly covered with his hood and mask. I normally order with Uber eats and I used to deliver for them so I know Popeyes always puts a sticker on the straw insert especially the location I ordered from. FYI if your drinks dont have a sticker on the straw insert and they normally put it there believe is it suspect. Popeyes never answered my calls and I never went there to make a formal complaint and I couldn’t find the door dash driver information after he delivered. Drink not pictured

The manager (he small Hispanic lady with the glasses) picks and chooses who gets fresh chicken.
I recommend confrontating the situation, if she fixes your order, because as a regular customer, it IS deliberate.
I should’ve taken pictures to add to this review.
Simply unprofessional.
I’ll drive to a different location, since, clearly, I am not welcomed.
