Santos and the Manager Jason have completely altered my perspective of this Chili’s location for the better!!! they are so genuine, kind, personable, and authentic!! Before them, this place was no good but Santos the server is amazing and if you visit you should request him!!! make sure to put a good word in to Jason the manager- Im telling you they have made this place absolutely enjoyable!

Sam took care of me 30 minutes before closing and she was the sweetest. I seriously never had someone treat me like this at a restaurant. She deserves a raise. Also the ribs were amazing

Service was quick and friendly, though it’s the first time I’ve had a potato soup from Chili’s that was salty. The Caesar salad was amazing! Fresh and crisp! My son ordered the chicken quesadilla and enjoyed it. The waitress was friendly and quick to bring us anything we needed! Overall great customer service!

I want to say the service was great. Im sorry to say I forgot our servers name but I think she was the bartender on duty. The chicken crisper were on point and the fries were perfect. I had to take home the mac and cheese I was stuffed. My roommate had the santa fe burger and it was cooked perfectly and tasted great. Thank you to our server and management.

I wish I could give negative stars. The soup was cold. The meal? Overcooked. When I sent it back, 35 mins later it still wasn’t brought back … then when we’re asking for the check it was “it’s almost up” no thanks! Then I look at the receipt, they DOUBLE CHARGED for the SAME MEAL so tbh ey had to double credit me THEN when the MANAGER AGREES THAT MCDONALDS IS BETTER, we have an issue!! This place has been on a steady decline for YEARS!! This is the LAST TIME I will ever come here.

I haven’t been a chili’s in years. I went just on a random hungry moment. My service was OK, the place was clean. I ordered the fajitas , half chicken and half steak. I call that a half mistake. The steak was like leather . It kind of reminds me of those bags of steak you get from the grocery store. Also in felt that the portion size was kind of small for the price. I don’t usually go to chili’s so I can’t say I’ll be back to try something items . But if your hungry I guess it’s OK.
