Bought the Thanksgiving premium dinner for the first time. By far is the best I ever ate and was super easy and simply just heating all the food up! 2 thumbs up and a 10 i give! Food have perfect fresh flavor and the turkey was amazing! Will definitely order again and tell everyone spread the work about the meal. Well worth the price also!!

This is the second time we have ordered from this location and this year was even better then last year (and last years was terrific) this year stands out even more because they had a devastating fire days before Thanksgiving and they still honored all of the orders… We had a small issue with our order missing an item and called right away and spoke with the manager Todd Wagnor who instantly apologized and bent over backwards to make it right.. he was so extremely upbeat and positive and went out of his way to make this right. Like I said considering everything they went through and to remain calm and positive during such a stressful day.. he made a lasting impression on our Thanksgiving dinner memories Thank you Todd for being an awesome man with outstanding customer service. You definitely stand out from the rest.

I see that they now post that the restaurant is temporarily closed – had a kitchen fire 11/25 – we have a bunch of guys you go there regularly for breakfast – they rave about the sausage gravy and biscuits – I get rise n’ shine is pretty good – get American fries with a small side of gravy (costs extra) instead of hashbrowns – I don’t find their hashbrowns to be very good – server is very good as is the cashier – place has a nice blend of regulars and those traveling through

The food was served cold after a long wait. There was only one waitress who was trying to do it all. The manger was not helping the waitress initially. The waitress was nice but over tasked and stressed. Please do better.

I placed a catering order and went to pick it up only to find the order was not ready/started. The staff arrived after I had and said they weren’t aware of the order and it wasn’t going to happen. I had used them in the past and they were great! I was very disappointed in the food not being ready as well as how they responded to me.

Walked in told by the manager there was a large corporate order so he could not seat me. Two waitresses standing around doing nothing. Horrible service when I sat down. Dirty plates put on counter where food was. See picture. Owner was there, not worried about service, looked as if owner and manager were a couple on a date. they were talking like you would to your significant other. Not a good look for a business when I couldn’t get waitress or manager to give me a refill on my drink, I had to get up, glass in hand and go to counter and ask for a refill. The dining room was not busy, maybe 8 tables. The staff was not trained well.

Server was kind. No one else seemed to care to be there or want to serve their guests. Front line hospitality folks were unfriendly and lacked awareness. Food was fine as you would expect from Bob Evans. If you don’t mind an unfriendly atmosphere, go here.

The food was delicious! The waitress was very friendly. Only downfall was a mess up with the food. Besides that it was great! They also offer a military discount which I believe is awesome.
