My order was wrong. I called them and the guy said he would replace anytime. I tried a week later and they said they couldn’t find anything and would call me back. He didn’t so I called back and a female told me what the Mgr said. Why didnt he get on the phone and fix this? She was very rude bc I was upset about them not making it right. She promised she would call me back and never did. I managed a dine in restaurant for 22 years and never hung up woth a guest until I fixed the issue. Granted it was only a 6.99 pizza but one of my kids didn’t eat bc of that. You all have lost my business. This store has a lack of professionalism. I will be posting on all my social media . Its just sad. I understand so.e people lie about it to get free food. I only wanted what was messed up fixed and I was going to order more with it , but instead I had to go elsewhere to feed my grandkids even though they wanted pizza. Very dis heartening.

The $6 lunch special is a hell of a deal, 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. it’s also not their standard around pizza, and might even be shareable. It comes with a 20 oz bottled drink. As far as atmosphere goes, it’s your standard walk-in restaurant countertop order. Don’t forget the packs of cookies for the kids, or yourself, if you enjoy them as I do!

I had a really disappointing experience at the Little Caesars on New Cut Road. I ordered two pizzas — a Pretzel Pizza and a Fanceroni — and what I received looked like it was thrown together by someone with zero experience. The Pretzel Pizza didn’t even have salt, and the Fanceroni had some kind of burnt black residue all over one side.
After opening the box and trying to figure out what the black stuff was, my wife politely asked for a replacement pizza. To our shock, the employee took the pizza we had already touched and put it back in the warmer for the next customer. That’s not just gross — that’s a clear health code violation.
At that point, we asked for a refund and left. We couldn’t believe what we witnessed. I won’t be returning to this location, and honestly, with service and sanitation this bad, it probably shouldn’t be operating at all.

I came here for a quick pizza, but the experience was awful. The staff was extremely rude and acted like serving customers was a burden. No respect, no patience, no basic courtesy. Honestly, the food isn’t worth putting up with that kind of attitude. Definitely not coming back, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone until they learn how to treat people.
