Everything about McDonald’s sucks! It’s like they’re trying their hardest and hardest to make sure that you are not enjoying your experience, that you don’t want to come inside, that you don’t want to deal with people it’s just horrible all around and I’m honestly really tired of such low quality food and low quality workers having such a high quality of horrible attitude and nothing is ever done about these locations I truly hate what McDonald’s has become over these last decades. I remember as a child I used to taste amazing and cost way less now it’s cost way more and tastes even worse! I despise this place with all of my heart

My hamburger was way undercooked. When I took it back to the counter the girl didn’t seem to understand why it was a problem. I explained I don’t eat anything but we’ll done hamburgers and that it was a safety concern she nicely took it and replaced it. All in all, all of the food was just okay. There is a much better McDonald’s just down the road. But employees were very nice. Lobby did need cleaning. They did leave cleaning supplies out for customers to clean for themselves.

If I can give 0 I would. I redeemed my rewards for a breakfast for drive through, there is a long line, and when it is finally my turn they just say that the breakfast time has passed. Since it is a reward there is no refund. So l lost my rewards and time and get nothing. The manager is really rude. The holiday break fast hours is until 11 and when it was just a little over 11 she just said that breakfast ended 40 minutes ago which is wrong. As a manager, she is not trying to resolve the issue at all and just blame the customer using false info. 1 star is to many for the McDonald here.

I hate sauces, unless its hot sauce, I am the odd one out.. I know this. So when i order, i ask for no sauce, making sure i state Plane as well… yet i still get the default make….. Now i get to scrape this off… buh humbug

I ordered the Grimace’s Birthday with the Big Mac without no pickle and I was given pickles and they can’t even center the patties properly. This wasn’t the only thing I ordered as well. I came in at an unbusy time and only me and another customer was inside and about two in the drive thru. There were many employees working at the time as well but still manage to mess up a basic order. For the reason 1 star.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! I got home and bit into my burger and noticed it tasted funny! I look & there ain’t no way I just bit into a nearly RAW patty!!!! I will never ever go to this location ever again!!! It’s so obvious that this location does not care!!!! SO DISAPPOINTED.
