Sad excuse for food. Wilted black lettuce, one pathetic limp piece of precooked bacon fat sliver, old mushy wrinkled skin tiny tomato, and the size of the chicken ranch sandwich for $13 is criminal. The picture doesn’t capture how truly awful this was. “Curly fries were apparently the end of the bag so I got a bunch of thin cremated hard bits of stuff that should be thrown out. I am fairly easy going but there is a limit to this madness. They added more ranch sauce instead of the few drops and replaced the rotten tomatoes with green ones that has the spot where it was attached to the vine included. I have eaten Jack in the Box for 50 years, NEVER again. The fools that decided workers need $20 an hour have destroyed the already horrible fast food industry in CA. As far as reaching out to your reply, what’s the point? If you don’t have some kind of minimal standards how do you survive. There is a homeless dude in the corner not buying anything, I could have gone to the diner next door for another $5 and had some real food. They should have to use actual pictures of the sad food you are actually served in the menu pictures.

I went through the drive through ordered my food Amber took my order and added extra food on my order. Then when I got to the drive through went she told me to food I did order was discontinued and I had to ask her to remove the things I didn’t order. She handed me my food it was cold, and my drink had no ice. When I asked for ice she then told me we are out of ice and That’s out of my control I asked her why didn’t she let me know of that at the beginning. She got a really big attitude and started arguing with me through the windows. I asked for a refund and as I was explaining myself to the team lead Codie D. Amber starts cutting off yelling at me and arguing with me. Never once did she get held accountable or even allow me to talk. I asked for the corporate number they gave me a discount number. I eat at this Jack in the box every week and never once have I ever had this experience. I will never again return to this one in my entire life.

Been thru the drive thru here multiple times, usually very good, only had one bad time thru here. But food is always hot and fresh and served fast. Never been inside. Line moves fast. Good food and prices. Will return and convenient

Meat at Jacks NEVER tastes good. Has an odd taste…has for years since they changed the Jumbo Jack’s many years ago. However this does not apply to the smash burgers which are RIDICULOUSLY OVER PRICED!

Food was same as ever but it’s the service I wasn’t pleased with. Monique was constantly pushing my order aside even when I asked politely how much longer it would take after 30 minutes. And she had an extremely mean attitude towards me, definitely not how you should be treating your customers.

Went out for lunch today March 30,2022 @ 12:25pm I order a Ultimate breakfast sandwich and almost halfway eating it, it began to taste odd I opened it and the egg was raw and green. I went to show the manager and she asked if I wanted another sandwich after I bite into this disgusting one. I asked for her name and corporation’s number and she handed me a receipt of a mobile order with no info on it. Never coming again. The cook needs to be fired who would ever serve a raw and green egg

Burned Jalapeños Poppers cheese not even melted
Went back to complain after 1 month later, I dont eat Jack every time, I went back she said it was 2 months passed since I visit which is a lie only 1 month ago Poppers are not cheap I paid money for burned ones turn away for this type of Customer Service and they forgot 1 order of tacos which I didn’t complain about that. You think people have time to go right away. NO!!
