Standard Culver’s experience. Friendly staff, good burgers, acceptable fries (not a fan of crinkle cut fries). Sweet tea isn’t great.
Dining are is very clean. Food deliver was prompt. I do think they need a second set of drink fountains because there were a couple occasions where 5+ people were in line for drinks for several minutes.

There are consistencies one learns to expect from a fast food chain. The easiest to expect is the food. Culver’s menu is consistent. If you’ve eaten it elsewhere you know what to expect. The more pleasant consistency would be the atmosphere fronted by smiling faces sporting toothy grins. My favorite is the “kid’s cheeseburger”. It should be “kid’s and senior’s” for it’s popularity. Slightly less ackward although after a few dozen times it starts to feel normal.

Culver’s in Rice Lake, aims to please. The owner/manager works every shift and complaints are settled immediately to the benefit of the customer. Food price and service are the best in Rice Lake. Our family eats there every Sunday. It’s better than fast food experience, it’s like eating at an affordable 5 star restaurant.

Culver’s is my go to place for fast food. But tonight, it was a disaster. We went thru the drive thru. My husband’s concrete mixer came out with the contents all slopped down the side, ice cream dripping off the cup. No attempt was made to clean it up, the kid just handed it thru the window that way. The single cup of vanilla ice cream was missing, but in the bag was a family sized order of onion rings we didn’t order. Don’t know if the burgers were the way we ordered them; my husband was so angry about getting ice cream all over his clothes, he took the order back in and demanded his money back.
Don’t know if the problem with the onion rings and cup of ice cream was with the person who took the order or the person who filled it, but better training is in order. Obviously, the sloppy concrete mixer was all the order filler’s fault.

Nice place but the kid taking our order did not do a great job. It’s like he couldn’t comprehend a simple order.

I know its not really culvers fault, I doordashed the spicy chicken sandwich and the middle of the sandwich was rubbery and didnt have a very good texture
It tasted alright its just unfortunate to spend a fortune in fees just for it to not turn out right ;( I wouldve gone in myself its just that im at work and its hard to go that far for my lunch

Great burgers and fries. Terrific service in the seating area but subpar at the counter. Customer service could definitely be improved there. Lobby was very clean. Meal prep time was as expected. The only other concern to note and it indeed is notable was that the ice cream from our cones literally made our tongues bleed and our lips numb! We have ate Culver’s ice cream many times and have never had an issue with it. We ordered Chocolate. It was extremely bizarre and actually frightening because what was in our ice cream that caused that? We were all worried we were poisoned or something, or there was glass in it. We won’t be ordering ice cream again from this particular Culver’s.

Shout out to Cayden!! My husband ordered us a 3 piece cod dinner, but when the food came we only had 2. The reciept showed that a 2 piece was put in so he must have misheard when we ordered. My husband went up to ask for and pay for another piece. Cayden personally brought us another piece for no extra charge, and he didn’t forget the lemon. Thank you Cayden!

Excellent quality food. The chicken sandwiches and milkshakes are the best combination. The wavy fries are unique too. The employees here are really nice. I recommend going here!
