We were also impressed with how fast our order was prepared, especially considering how busy the place was at the time. The restaurant itself is very clean, well-organized, and has a really pleasant atmosphere. It was comfortable and enjoyable to dine inside.

Couple weeks ago I went through the drive-through to get my mother and I dinner when I got home I was missing a dinner. So I called them immediately and they told me if I came back up they would bring it out. I told him that would be fine, but in the meantime, my dinner was going to be cold. I was told to come up and they would take care of it. Needless to say when I got there, the guy brought me out the one dinner that was missing and had no idea about bringing the second one. So he went back in talk to his manager and came out with a “sorry we messed up kind of a card” for a free meal later.
Well today, I decided to cash in on what I thought was going to be a replacement meal, but it was not. I ordered the exact same thing that I ordered that night and when I got to the window, I was told that I could only order a “basket meal “. So I found out that basically they were not replacing the actual meal at all. The manager told me that he couldn’t make any changes because Austin signed the “sorry we messed up card”. He asked me if I had a receipt. I told him no that was a couple weeks ago. I asked him if he could look it up in the computer being sarcastic. I knew he couldn’t. So anyway, I left. Not good customer service from a manager
I moved to this area five years ago and in this time I’ve gone to Culver’s a few times every month and I’ll be honest with you I can count on one hand how many times the order was actually correct. It’s a running joke with us. I will say this is the first time they actually left a meal off altogether. I can tell you the restaurant is not short staffed. It’s usually full with people milling around.
I don’t normally make reviews, but this was very irritating today, not only the first time did they mess up then they gave me a “sorry we messed up” for another meal that wasn’t the correct either.
Do better Culver’s poor customer service .
