It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

In addition, the order did not include napkins or the necessary condiments. These are basic items that should automatically be provided.
This experience shows a lack of organization and attention to customers. I would appreciate follow-up from management regarding how this will be addressed, as this was not the level of service I expect.
If zero was an option I would have easily selected that. No utensils, napkins, had to get down to get my food. To make up for the inconvenience treatment one apple pie for an order of three.

They refuse to replace my order after coming to this location many times on their mistakes on my order or forgetting things I ordered on multiple occasions and I have the receipts and still giving me a hard time and I download the whataburger app and ask for the free burger when you download the app and I even did it in front of the work and he said it didn’t work and he was it was because I just downloaded it and to wait 5-30 minutes to try again a and Same thing and I asked to speak to the manager and he said that he was sorry, and there was nothing that he could do and that he wasn’t going to replace it
And just bad mean and rude service
Can you ask someone to repeat how they want there meal 3 to 4 times and you’re asked to NOT put onions or tomatoes on the burger.. still happens although there was an amazing wait in the drive though (where they always have you pull up to a certain line so it doesn’t effect there window times)
Just… do better in food service. Fast food or otherwise. If you’re going to “put on the order” no onion or tomatoes. Why put it on the burger? Pay attention to the order screens.
