After living overseas for over a year, this Sonic stop hit exactly the spot. Sometimes you don’t need fancy—you need a solid fast-food burger and a super-large slushie, and that’s exactly what I got. Fast food is always hard to rate, but when the food is satisfying and the service is genuinely friendly, it just works. Comforting, familiar, and delivered with a smile—they absolutely hit the mark when I needed it most.

I don’t know what is going on with this sonic and the one off of grand, but they can never get an order right and they also make drink orders wait. Today I showed up for 5 drinks and I was the only one there. After 3 minutes it was packed and I hadn’t received the drink. It took 10 minutes and them running out 4 full orders with food before we received our drinks and the order wasn’t fully correct. Simular things happen at the location on grand.

I’ve been visiting the South Seneca Sonic for over 40 years. I’d been avoiding it for a while, but decided to give it another try. The place could use some smiles from the staff, but other than that, the food was decent.

I ordered the ultimate meat and cheese burrito and got this. There is nothing ultimate about this. There’s barely any bacon, maybe 2 smashed tater tots. It’s half the size it used to be. This sonic has been going downhill for a while. I used to eat here once or twice a week. Now im done with it. This place is a constant disappointment. I dont see it getting any better with how there turn over rate is. Just a waste of money. I’m done eating here.

It’s every time I come to this sonic to get a burger and I always ask for no onions but they act like they don’t understand that and still put onions on it anyways. If u get a burger check it before you leave cause obviously they don’t know how to follow simple instructions.

Came here after getting a tire, glad I stopped by, my grandpa ordered the chicken sandwich and said it was one of the best ones he’s had. I ordered the ched r bites and it shot cheese into my mouth, 10/10. We did have to leave early due to like 2 or 3 flies outside but it makes sense, we should have sat in the car. Would recommend.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Sonic.
Had to repeat myself, numerous times. I asked for a 6pc Cheddar peppers and then she asked me what size. We received cheddar bites.
It felt as though the employee taking the order had no passion for her job and was trying to rush me to complete my order. She kept asking me if that was it.
Then there’s the quality of food.
Fries and tots were barely warm, definitely soggy.
I had a large order and had tried to place my order through the app, but it wouldn’t add my items and would kick me out to the screen.

Sitting here now and the lady inside yelled through speaker, scared me so bad that I jumped. She could not get my order right, wanted to rush me and continued to yell throughout my order even after I asked her to lower voice. I come here alot and have never had this happen before. Got home and my burger has ketchup, I said mayo and mustard. Looks not very appetizing, all stuff just thrown to one side… arrrgggg
