Pull up the drive-thru nobody else in line. Waited 4 minutes for someone to finally take my order. Ordered one hamburger with nothing on it. Was told to pull around and wait so they can give me a fresh hamburger. Waiting another 5 minutes until someone brought out of hamburger that was nowhere close to what I ordered. It was also not even lukewarm so it was not fresh. I was really hoping that this location would surprise me and do the right thing but apparently they are still subpar and don’t really care about the quality of the service they provide. It’s no wonder Burger King’s are closing all across the country. They obviously don’t care. I wouldn’t advise going here.

First & last time stopping at this location. Went through the drive thru for a combo. The vibe is they’re doing you a favor by taking your order. Get up to the window, same vibe. Wanted me to take my card when I’d just been handed my drink, give me a sec. Handed me the bag of food with zero acknowledgment- I doubled checked I’d received my credit card back because they were so dismissive (I had). The punch line of this joke of a place is that not only is the customer service terrible, so is the food! Fries taste like they were cooked in old oil & cold. Soda tastes like no one is taking care of their carbonation. 100% all around bad idea to go here. Shut it down BK! They’re ruining your reputation on Amnicola.

Do not go to the Burger King if you’re craving whoopers! It’s not tht hard to make a simple burger. My fries were also cold. Drink tasted flat. The people there had attitudes. I don’t recommend going here.

I ordered two whopper jr and two medium french fries, then they gave me only one fries so I had to park and went in. They fried one right then, so that was fine, but the kitchen condition and hygiene…. was awful. I almost threw up. Then I smelled the french fries on the way home, and I think they used either a very old frozen fries or old oil.. It smelled a bit weird. Someone said here that this location is under management change a few months back, and if this is the new one, that’s a big no… Will never go back to Burger King.

This morning the person in front of me had issue when I came in with being overly charge for something he orders everyday – I order number 3 up size to a medium – received a small hash brown – and up size was 1.40 – sign said 1.10 – so should have been 7 dollars and some change – but it was 8 dollars and some change – and received 6 pieces of hash browns that was suppose to be a medium – lol – the guy up front is not experienced on it as he is trying his best to figure it out as he goes – looks like management is forcing the issue – you got to make the proper call – if you don’t have 2 people who can run the cash register then close the lobby – instead they have someone they assigned to the register that is not trained to do so and you can see the emotion and pressure building – he is still respectful at the moment and keeping it together – but man come on why? Now I’m never gonna stop here and who knows who else

The early morning shift is GREAT! The afternoon is horrible. Terrible service. Very rude. Long wait times. Twice I’ve been told to pull around and forgotten about and waiting for 20 minutes. Go anywhere else and you will have better service/ food.

Received French toast sticks from earlier this morning so I asked very politely for fresh ones. She had me to pull around to front to get off her drive thru timer, well all she did was redrop the ones I gave her back. Came out not even 3 min later!!! they were drinched with oil and STILL not hot and fresh like I asked… I pull back around and voiced my concern a 2nd time … was told straight up by I’m guessing Shana or Chelsea!!! ( both young caucusian young girls very rude)that she did remake and that she wasn’t going to remake again so I can either get my money back or take them as they are!!!!! so I sat on her drive thru timer to take pictures of my “fresh “French toast sticks to upload here as proof of what not to serve your customers !!!I’ve had fresh before and you can look at those in pic below and know, it’s unexceptionable.. Ive changed for the better otherwise I would have hand feed it back to her… I’ll definitely call corporate first thing Monday! So that at least I can receive fresh and Hot French toast sticks by some one who actually likes their job and doesn’t mind working!

This location needs to be shutdown or restructure THIS LOCATION. December 10, 2025 – “No meats patties” I was told by the female voice at the drive thru before ask if I wanted to order. I asked if they had the original chicken patty, she said no, that they only had chicken nuggets and fries. I originally tried going inside but the doors were locked again, just like they were on Monday December 8. 2025, about the same time because I was on my way to work for my 10:00 p.m. shift.
So I arrived before 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday December 10, 2025 to find the doors locked. I noticed 3 vehicle in the parking lot with people inside of them. I don’t know if the vehicles were turned on or off, but the headlights were off. One vehicle pulled off as I parked. I go to the door, it’s locked. A vehicle pulled into the drive-thru so I got in line. When they move forward I pull forward, stop and let down my windows. I hear a female voice saying no meat patties. I asked her if the original chicken sandwich was available and she said no. I left the restaurant then. I remember when I was there Monday December 8th, there were vehicles in a parking lot with headlights on and at least one person inside but they were not in line for the drive thru. Strange. I wondered , after I left if the place was being robbed. Anyway, I’d recommend this location if you wanted to WASTE YOUR TIME.
