We have never had Pollo Campero before, but it was a great decision! Since we walked in they greeted us in a very friendly way! The employees explained the menu to us and helped us pick the best option for us. We tried both the fried and the grilled chicken with sides and to drink we got the tasty horchata. The food was very fresh and tasty, we will definitely be going back!

This was our first time coming here and we will definitely be back! Our server offered us the opportunity to try some of their sauces which I felt was very nice. I got the 2 piece roasted chicken meal with fries. The fries were hot and fresh and delicious and my chicken was so well seasoned and juicy. The music playing was great and the store was very clean! This will probably be our new go-to chicken place!

I have a very specific diet restrictions which makes it hard to order anywhere. Laura took really good care of me, very patience and helpful with all my questions and requests. Not many people take their time and she did. Brought my food to the table and asked me if I need it anything else. Excellent service from her, very pleased to see a younger person being this cordial. The first thing I noticed was how clean this place was, even in the kitchen. I’ve never seen any food place cleaner. This was my first time ever trying Pollo Campero so that set my expectations high and I was quickly disappointed. Personally I thought the fresh drinks were so sweet I had to water them down. Considering we were the only people in the dining room and lunch rush was about to start I was sure our food would be fresh, but it was not! Fries were luke warm at best and stale. The roll that came with my food was hard and stale. Chicken looked delicious but the mixture and amount of spices on it were too much for my taste. The food itself tastes like a flea market chicken joint. I did like the atmosphere, the cleanliness & the way they serve you on real plates for dine in.

We stopped in to try this place out and we are glad we did. The chicken was amazing, moist but not oily. We tired the fried and grilled chicken and we loved both of them. The flavor was so good. Service was excellent and the place is welcoming and very clean. Definitely recommend Pollo Campero.
