The employees here are beyond rude. I really don’t like their attitudes at all. The inside is nice and the atmosphere isn’t so bad.It’s just that they have attitudes.The employees do.So that makes the atmosphere crampy. Then some of the drinks are really good and really, they just have bad attitudes.I don’t like the people that work there.The way they treat us, it doesn’t matter who it is.They almost all have attitudes.

I’ve typically had positive experiences at this Starbucks, since most of their partners are friendly. However, in the last few months they’ve implemented more rules that have induced tension at this location and that make it difficult to simply go there, get a drink and relax. Save for one or two Starbucks locations I’ve visited around the world, including Saudi Arabia, South Korea, and China, and across the United States, this may be the most tension inducing location.
I hope this location learns to bring a sense of peace to the customer experience going forward.

I got a decaf pour over. It takes a little bit to do a pour over but it is so good. I highly recommend it. The staff are friendly and the place is cozy pleasant and clean.

It doesn’t matter what time in the afternoon I come, it’s ALWAYS deathly slow. I’ve been stuck in the drive through line for 21 minutes now and there are still 3 cars in front of me. I am always hopeful they got everything squared away every time I come but nope! So disappointed. Still.

I have ordered the brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso 3 times through a delivery app. 2 of the 3 times, my Venti cup wasn’t full. There is no “soft top” or whipped cream on this drink, and I did not ask for light or no ice. I had called to talk to the manager because it’s kind of ridiculous that I’m paying a lot of money for this drink, and they don’t even fill the cup. The manager was apologetic and said she understood. She would be upset, too. She told me to come in and she’d make it right. I rarely go into Starbucks because the parking lot is a mess, so I told her I just wanted her to be aware that they aren’t filling the cups and that I wasn’t expecting a free drink or anything. Well, just 2 days ago, I did go into Starbucks and ordered the same drink. I have attached a picture of what I got. I absolutely love this drink but I will not be going back to Starbucks anymore. I’m not going to pay a high price and tip, just to get half of what I pay for.

It was my birthday and I had the app. Was refused to get my free drink due to not using it enough. Last I checked you get a free drink on your birthday with the app regardless of how often you use it. I don’t use the app a lot but still go to different locations quite often especially during the holidays. Won’t be coming to this company ever again. I’ll take my service to Dutch bros. No thanks for the help either Trevor or accommodating your customers. Poor customer service here

They did me right after getting a burnt DoorDash delivery. I was so sick all during the holidays. I had to have food delivered for my son. 15 days later when I was feeling better I went in not even remembering who I talked to. Thank you IHOP
