That went into the store. Ordered a crunchwraps and cream with no tomato. I’ve been to this location multiple times and they skimp out on the meat very badly. Even on my five layer burrito there was barely anything. Go to the Morgantown Taco Bell. You’ll get treated a lot better.

UPDATED: Went in to order this morning. The nightshift pulled one on day shift. The place was filthy!!! Trash on the floor swept under the counter. The dining area hasn’t been swept. It was terrible! Nightshift needs to get written up or something! Some of it is hard to see in the images, but, yikes!!
Unfortunately could only rate going through the drive-thru. Need to dine in at this location yet. But the drive-thru experience was really good!

This is the second time I’ve came through the drive thru and my crunch wrap had tomatoes when I specifically asked for no tomatoes every time. This is t the only time my Oder has been messed up. The manger I spoke to was also rude as hell.

The uniontown pa Taco Bell refused to wait on me I visited site on 11/20/25 I went into the lobby about 950 pm and they refused to wait on me and the disrespectful girl at front counter told me I had to go to thru to place order and I so t understand why I should go to drive thru when the lobby was still open

I was picking up an order but, they gave it to someone else at the drive thru. When the man brought it back in the manager took it and tried to pass it off to me ripped bag and all. Who knows if that man opened anything. I asked if they’d remake it and all they did was change the bags.

I just ordered two simple steak quesadillas. And they screwed it up. They made them too fast to where the cheese didn’t even melt and they didn’t even cut them where they can be in small section. Don’t ever come here.

Disappointed! I ordered 2 shredded chicken burritos & 2 regular soft tacos. The chicken burritos had next to nothing in them! They are $2.29 a piece & I had to cut half the tortilla off to even it out

Absolutely ridiculous. We repeated our order three times — slowly, clearly, and politely — and the employee STILL managed to mess it up. How hard is it to listen and punch it into a screen? Instead, we got the wrong food, wasted our time, and were still made to pay for something we didn’t even order. $6.78 down the drain for disappointment.
Do better, Taco Bell.

This store is always busy and usually short staffed (like every one else). Their service issue lies where they only focus on pushing cars through the drive thru and ignore mobile, delivery, and lobby orders. As a door dash driver, I waited 1 hour in the lobby tonight for the order. Others waited a minimum of 45 mins as well, with at least 1 of those orders being incorrect. The staff was busting their butts to get the orders completed, but pushing 20+ cars through the drive thru and ignoring the other orders is unacceptable. Orders should be completed in the order they come in or at a 3-2 ratio (or comparable) if they want to push the cars through the drive thru a little faster.
