Ordered a GrubHub delivery and I was sent a soggy old Mexican pizza and two mini Taco salads that were swimming in sauce it was like soup. The food was completely cold I’m going to assume the driver dropped my bag of food because there was food all over inside my bag and a hole on the side of my delivery bag. I will never eat at this Taco Bell ever again. This was literally the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever eaten in my entire life! Actually the worst fast food I’ve ever had in my life! Thank goodness I was refunded All my money except my tip which I would gladly take back!

Automated machines errored my order. Staff wasnt able to fix it. Instead they double charged me for the extra order and refused to talk about it. After the fact, the item I was doubke charged for was out of stock (shredded beef) and was given a replacement. Poor service. Food was also bad after the whole wait.

I don’t write reviews this will be my first, I just had the BEST experience at the drive-thru thanks to the sweetest, most polite lady that worked last night! She was so kind, cheerful, and genuinely made me smile after calling the ai pushy when it kept trying to rush me and apologized. You can tell she really cares about her job and making people feel good, it’s rare to come across someone with such good positive energy, she completely turned my mood around. Whoever she is, give her a raise she’s an absolute doll she had glasses and tattoos on her arm hope this reaches her manager

Was excited to try the new nuggets but was VERY disappointed that they looked like over grown crunch berries. How can you serve this as a new menu item?? Also they didn’t have any nugget sauce but failed to mention that when I ordered and still added it to the receipt. My husband ordered a grilled stuffed burrito and he got a beef grilled burrito which is NOT the same. Waste of our money for sure!

This location used to be the best, now all you get is terrible food. Ordered food on Saturday, and they managed to screw up each item. The worst was my burrito supreme. Nothing but a small plop of meat, cheese and about a half cup of raw onions. Fire the whole crew! Never eating there again.

This was the slowest location I’ve ever visited! I ordered at 12:15, then paid cash, but waited another 20 mins for my food!
My nacho chips were a bunch of broken bits & crumbs.
Also the inside of the store was in need of a sweep and scrub… It was pretty dirty everywhere.

Do not order during rush hour. Normally the food is fine, but at around 5 pm you can expect a dried out burrito that has been sitting out for god knows how long with your customizations haphazardly stuffed in at either end. They do sell good food here, but it’s only available when the place is dead at like 2 pm or something.

20 mins after I ate here at lunch yesterday I have never been more sick in my life after a meal! My stomach was upside down and I was peeing out my butt for the whole night. It’s almost been 24 hours and I’m still in pain. Seems like they have a bunch of new people there and I will be calling corporate when they open at 11am!
