Don’t like that you have to place your own orders on a computer because it’s hard to make changes that you want because it either doesn’t have them or I don’t know hoe to change them. Makes it harder. And it takes longer than the two employees just standing at the front behind the counter talking and picking stuff out the others hat or shirt. Didn’t even offer to help us. But offered to help others because they where to busy grooming eachother. .

They need to get a person on the drive thru and not an ai. I’ve been going to taco bell in picayine since I was a kid its a small town not many places to eat sure. But that ai is the one thing I despise about this restaurant. It won’t listen to you and will add things you didnt want added simple mistakes that a human could fix but no they kept the ai. You cant even go into the lobby due to the remondling!

Long post: Waited almost 20 mins in the drive thru and made it to the speaker to place my order. The speaker, which uses AI, never acknowledged I was there. So after I bit I pulled up to the window, the girl tried to give me the person behind me order. I stated that they never took my order, she stated well you will have to go back through the line. I said no mam, I have waited 20 mins and you tell me that because a machine didn’t take my order I have to go back through. I have been waiting longer than all the people behind me. She goes and gets the manager, the manager states the same thing. I told her that I won’t be getting back in line that I was waiting right here til I got my food, all the other people behind me was going to get mad. They close the window and next thing I know, the cops pulled up. This manager, if that is what you call her, called the cops because I wouldn’t move until she gave me my food. Will be calling the main office.
I work in customer service and can not believe that this is the way you treat customer. All I need was 5 cheese wraps, it wasn’t a big order. But a computer failed to take my order so I was going to have to stand in line to place it again. Sorry, I think not!

What in the heck this supposed to be? All 3 were like this. There was no line, they were all in there clowning from what it sounded like and I’m all for having a good time but not if it prevents them from providing what i pay for. Like this taco is pathetic. I would just normally be meh about it but I’m actually super peeved that I paid EXTRA money for a Supreme so that provided me with maybe 3 shredded pieces of lettuce o cheese but may 2 tiny pieces and 4 diced up pieces of tomatoes.
There was plenty of folks in there working tonight. The parking lot had like 6-7 cars in it and it was almost 11. No line. No folks sitting on the inside eating.
I give yall 2 stars tho only because the sweet gal at the drive thru window was very lovely and was on point doing HER job. She was the only saving grace & why I didn’t turn back around when I opened my food up and saw how pitiful it was…that & let’s be real. I’m not trying to have no one remake my food and them being petty over fixing their mess up & I can’t see what they’re doing to my food so they throw in a dash of disgusting whatever. So yall do better. I’m glad yall have an atmosphere where yall all get along and Crack jokes and etc but ain’t any reason for this esp when someone who busts their butt all afternoon till late at night on their feet and just wants to finally get to eat dinner & this is what their hard-earned money gets them.
DO BETTER PICAYUNE CREW. Yall know this ain’t right & just being lazy for real. I hope yalls karma is someone skimps that blunt super badly & yall smoking just swisher with a hint of grass like yall was talking bout. Be puffing away not getting a buzz just like I wanted to be eating away, going into a food coma but nah I’m still mfn hungry.

We drove through the drive through and after multiple minutes of my saying “hello”? “Anyone there?” Etc I drove to the window. Once there the young lady apologized and told me she couldn’t take my order at the window because the line was piling up. I advised her that the line was piling up because nobody was taking orders! She insisted that I drive around and go back through the line. Now I had already waited in the line once, does it make sense for me to do it again? Not wanting to make a scene we left the window and went inside and ordered. I can never get my husband to eat taco bell and when I finally convinced him to go this happens. The service and food inside was fine.

I don’t understand all the complaints. I prefer to dine in and they’re always awesome in there. If anything is wrong, they fix it. They can only give so many packets of sauce in the drive thru, but that’s policy.

I spent 18.00 on 3 items and was extremely disappointed and upset. Ordered 2 of the new double steak burritos and received what looked like old food. MANAGER claimed items were made fresh, and I know typically that statement is true, I. used to be an employee of Taco Bell so I know.. However in this case I am not so sure. I didn’t even get past the visual to even bite into it, they went into the trash. A multi billion dollar company and this the food they putting out the window. WoW.
