Food was great. Customer service was good too but what ever is going on be hind the scene needs to stop . Customer before me was missing all its sides.

Service was great. Food was ready when I got there. The only complaint I have is that I ordered 1lb of boneless wings and got 1lb of what looked to be burnt chicken skin! There were maybe 3 small pieces of chicken in the whole pound. I didn’t notice until I got home of course and I wasn’t about to drive all the way back across town. I’m adding a photo of it. As you can see, this is not boneless wings!

My father, a retired Marine veteran, drove 40 minutes to pick up an order of 50 wings. The staff (2 of them) said there was no order placed and actually laughed at him! The manager later called and asked why my Dad never picked up the wings!!! The order was literally sitting there, waiting for him! Shame on them. Even if the order wasn’t actually placed, laughing and degrading people is absolutely unacceptable. The fact that they were WRONG just exacerbates the degrading way he was treated. I’m furious.

Called to order 30 wings meal with French fries and coleslaw for 3 people. Told them I had a $41 coupon but it had expired in August. They said they could not accept it which I understood. But then she tells me the price and it’s $53, $12 more than with the coupon. I stated WOW I sure won’t order sgain unless I have a coupon but whatever. Got home with the wings and I’m sure there was probably 50 in the box which was nice however Out of the 50 there was possibly 15 that was worth eating. All the “flats” was excellent but the drumettes were so incredibly over cooked and hard you could not eat them and we had to throw them in the trash. And the fries was soggy. Coleslaw was excellent! Way too expensive when you have to throw 35 wings away and 3 people got 5 wings each.

$29.24 for wings that are floating in oily sauce? Absolutely not, that’s gross. Called about a refund and was offered for them to be remade and no money back option the lady said “that is how our wings are”.. There are far better places in Ocala for wings, I’d suggest almost any where else actually.

Just ate here for the first time in years. The wings were tough, dry, and way overcooked. Hard to even bite off of the bone. The fries were ice cold. Somebody either doesn’t know what they’re doing or they just don’t care. And it was $21.

I usually don’t write reviews, but Madison deserves one. Every single time I come in, she’s outstanding. She’s always kind, helpful, and makes sure I get exactly what I need. On top of that, the food she serves is always fresh and great. It’s rare to see that kind of consistency and genuine customer service these days, but Madison always delivers it with a smile. She’s the reason I keep coming back!
